Thought she’d shot daggers at Meghan when she got out of the car!

Yes! Nobody's perfect but people forget that neither Meghan nor Harry have actually done anything wrong, they seem to be good, well intentioned people. They'd have been great ambassadors for the UK, both involved in humanitarian causes. I think Meghan is terrific.

Jolly good luck to them, don't blame them at all for going to the States to live. They will do well.

Who knows if she said that. It’s a figure of speech anyway, but that’s not the point, I was responding to someone saying it must be hard on Meghan too.

Well even if beatrice and eugenie were not fond of kate, (but liked meghan ....) . there must still be a part of them that understands that meghan went on oprah and talked about Kate
They would not have wanted to be in Katie's shoes there.

I'd love to know how the poster who said Eugenie and Beatrice do not get on with Kate, knows that fact. It's news to me.

As for the Oprah interview, I couldn't see anything wrong with it. I accept that 'recollections vary', they always do, but Meghan and Harry were just explaining things from their point of view. The way the media carry on you would think they had done something really wrong. They hadn't. As for speaking out, as they have about various issues, in documentary and 'Spare', Harry's parents did the same in embarrassing detail in the last century. Meghan's family have been awful!

I'm not surprised that other females of similar age (Meghan, Eugenie, Bea) don't want to be photographed next to Kate. She always looks better than them because she has one of those one-in-a-million figures and perfect height to go with it which makes her stand out in a group. You can find nice things to say about all of them if you try hard but they are competitive and they can clearly see it themselves.

Massive disagree here. Meghan is far more beautiful than Kate who doesn't look that good imo despite all the work she's had.

If the story is true, it just shows how unpleasant Kate is. What's the matter, did the whipping boy and his wife not behave themselves and accept the vile stories fabricated about them every time the royals needed the media to ignore the latest scandalous gossip about her husband?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They are visibly middle aged women despite the work they both have done. Hand on heart, I know not of a single person who finds either of them attractive apart from on Mumsnet. They mainly get judged at a glance, not a close up look at every wrinkle. Kate is lucky to be fit lean and muscular especially after having three kids. None of the others have that advantage.

This is a ridiculous thing to say. I’m so tired of the comparisons between women. Kate isn’t naturally that thin either, she’s under enormous pressure and I don’t think holding this up as a good thing helps. All the women are beautiful in their own way and thinness doesn’t equal better than. Honestly a board for parents with comments like this makes me despair.
