Kate missing from Commonwealth reception

Just noticed that Kate was at the Commonwealth service, but did not attend the reception afterwards. Seems a strange decision. I wonder why?

She probably went home to sort the kids ??

I like Kate - she seems genuinely like a nice person although I am sure she has her moments like the rest of us. She is very accomplished but she has had every advantage in life. Megan is pretty accomplished too - she went to a super academic college in America too. She had the advantage of private education and parents who wanted the best for her as well.

Her eye looked poorly last week. To be fair even private school children will bring home heavens knows what germs so she could have a nasty infection.

Botox can raise the eyebrows to the surprised expression and cause injuries. Kim Kardashian in KUWTK showed heavy bruises on her eyes from a Botox injection once.

@Howsimplywonderful I think that just looks very posed. As if a photographer has asked them to look at each other and smile.
William rarely looks relaxed in public anyway so any public photo of him with Kate will not look natural.
