Harry not invited on plane

Prince Harry claims he was not invited on his family’s private royal jet after hearing the news that Queen Elizabeth II was dying.
“I asked my brother — I said, ‘What are your plans? How are you and Kate [Middleton] getting up there?’” the Duke of Sussex recalled during his “60 Minutes” interview with Anderson Cooper that aired Sunday.
“And then, a couple of hours later, all of the family members that live within the Windsor and Ascot area were jumping on a plane together. A plane with 12, 14, maybe 16 seats.”
When Cooper bluntly asked him to clarify whether he was “invited on that plane,” Harry replied, “I was not invited.”

I know at the time it was suggested the plane was delayed because of very poor weather.

So, who told the press that both Harry & Meghan would go?

Them?

If so-why do that before it was confirmed?

So the RF would feel forced to let it be that way?

@BradfordGirl

I know at the time it was suggested the plane was delayed because of very poor weather.

I'm not sure that suggestion would stand up to much examination.

From recollection as another poster has said the weather was wet and overcast but not bad enough in itself to delay to a flight between London and Aberdeen.

OTOH (again from memory) the weather overland in that part of Scotland was bad in enough to prevent a helicopter transfer onwards from Aberdeen to Balmoral, hence the various members of the RF arriving at Balmoral by car.

FWIW if the weather really is a subject for serious debate the actual met reports ('METARS") for London and Aberdeen airports for that day may still be available on line on various websites.

Perhaps it took so long for him to put the toys back in his pram that the flight had already departed? 🙄

It was EXTENSIVELY reported at the time by impeccable sources. It was just a few months ago, you should be able to remember it!!!

I could list 2 more reports of the same thing.

Most people were shocked and appalled that Harry would do this.

He still can't see anything wrong with his demand to bring Meghan along to the Queen's death bed. He has the zero self-awareness, no humility and zero empathy, quite scary actually.

He is unable to recognise that he keeps making it worse by saying his family treated him badly on the day the queen died. I mean...... the a family member died and him and his wife still make it about themselves and how they were hurt? His dad, aunt and uncles lost their mother FGS and Harry slings mud at them for not inviting the very indiscrete Sussexes along? It is classic narc behaviour, he must be deluded and paranoid as well.

I blame too much weed and shrooms. 🍄

So it's ok for him/them to leak to the press that they'll both go without having it confirmed that that is OK?🙄

He also complains that they were off with him at the funeral?

Isn't it the case though that none of them would have got there in time?

Although it's still obviously not what is needed in such a situation.

Yes, the only people there on time were those already in Scotland - Charles, Camilla, Anne
