Has anyone ever met Megan?

Out of curiosity as many people are airing views about her. But what is she actually like in the flesh?
I'm not a fan at all but she comes across as lovely when interviewed

If Piers Morgan loves someone, chances are they're an a-hole, no? There are so many other people worthy of hate... even if you don't like her, she's not hateful is she? Do the same people who hate Meghan love Kate? Or hate anyone else in the RF? Or is it just American actresses that get this level of emotion? I don't get the insane anger at her. It's so personal. All this rage, and there are all kinds of other people ACTUALLY doing horrible things (crippling the NHS, being openly racist/sexist/abusive and so on) and they don't get hated on this level. It's very weird and worrying.

I wondered whether the report potentially undermined Jason Knauf's comments, which had already been made public.

If the findings didn't fully support - or worse, contradicted - what he'd said, then his position would have been untenable and the press would have had a field day. As he seems to have enjoyed a good relationship with the RF, perhaps they decided to keep it under wraps.

I think it’s more that they didn’t want to have mud-slinging publicly at one of their own (which she is as she is married to a member of the family) and would have kept it private for any one of the RF. Even if you believe that certain members of the RF leaked things to make them look bad, they wouldn’t want to release something openly and officially to make them look bad.

I have posted on here before and been called a liar!! I have two relatives who work for the RF in one of their homes. From things they have told us, Megan is exactly as William described her...rude and abrasive! While Harry is equally as prickly and rude...and always has been difficult! His behaviour is not something that Megan caused but she encourages his behaviour!

All I know is I’m sick of polarised opinions. Love and hate. I can dislike them atm the moment for their behaviour but previously have been filled with happiness for them at the wedding and still want them to find peace now. Nuance.

I liked her at first but she makes so many sly digs in her interviews and they just never seem to gave enough. Money, mansions, children, international jet setting, beauty, health true love yet they still moan. I think she's deeply unhappy and so is he and they are locked in a Folie a Deux.

I’ve met William - he was nice, hard working and had a good sense of humour. I can’t say the situation as it would be outing but someone accidentally called him a name and he had a quick giggle and made light of it.

Saw Kate at an event with her children - they were very very normal really she was like ‘look a sheep how do they go’ to George and he was making baa sounds etc - no security in sight really - discreet distance

Met Harry - arrogant, up himself, rude to women, he was 30 at the time and not married - the RF protected him with the cheeky crappy image - he’s really not a nice person. He feels he can do anything he wants - second son behaves like Andrew in some respects - stomping his foot, very woe is me, blamed everyone and everything for his behaviour.

met Sophie - god she was down to earth and hard working and thoroughly behaving as if ‘we’ were the important people and the ones to meet and not her

have met the queen a few times but not to talk to

Meghan - no idea. Friends who I know that work for the RF don’t like to talk about her. They find her hard work but Harry much worse. they felt very sorry for her to start with, he was a very angry young man and seems to have very very unresolved issues which she is dealing with

They've never said they want privacy. That's all made up. They know they will get public attention. What really happened is that they are sick of lies being peddled about them.

They are allowed to share certain aspects of their lives without being public property.

My friends mum met her not long after they were married. My friends mum is a bit lentil weavy and a republican so she wasn’t looking forward to it. She was fully expecting Megan to cancel because it was a bit like getting a tour of the town hall and they don’t get much in the way of movie stars. My friend has zero time for bullshit and I can’t imagine her mum is any different.
she came away thinking they would be friends if things were different. She also said the staff didn’t seem to be Megan’s staff and she was desperate to ditch them.

He did love her until she ghosted him, so perhaps she is one. What makes you think it’s rage? I don’t see anyone jumping up and down and spitting with rage and there seems to be the same level of disdain for Kate and William by people who defend Meghan.

I've seen someone on MN saying that William is not the nice family man that he is made out to be. So it depends on your perspective...

My relatives say that William is a nice guy but a very closed book. He is unfailingly polite but always maintains professional boundaries . Kate is apparently lovely and very friendly, also very normal ( which is not surprising given her upbringing). The absolute favourite member of the family with both of my relatives was the Duke of Edinburgh, apparently a very intelligent man with a fantastic sense of humour.

Yes, people don’t tend to like being ghosted. PM has always gone overboard with people who get on the wrong side of him. I can imagine one of the RF warning her off him, but it certainly back-fired. She did herself no favours by excluding family from the wedding and ghosting PM. From what she said, she hardly knew her family, but didn’t say they were mortal enemies, so why not just have invited them, and stayed on acquaintance terms with PM, it would have made her life a lot, lot easier without all the negative press created by all these people who felt slighted.

Who’s ever going to be honest about her though, if they did find her difficult? They’d be dismissed as racist and have the unhinged Sussex Squad after them. Their careers as they know it would he over.
