Out of curiosity as many people are airing views about her. But what is she actually like in the flesh?
I'm not a fan at all but she comes across as lovely when interviewed

I've been in a London restaurant when she was there. Very beautiful and charismatic. She and Harry were having dinner. I took my phone out to message my DH that I was leaving and their security asked me to put it away. I told them that I had no intention of taking photos and to go away. They did.

Not a fan. She seems so fake to me. Reminds me of an awfully narcissistic mate I had. Uncanny, the similarities. Grandiose sense of self. Bowing out when not the top dog. Playing the victim. Acting warm and magnanimous for the little people. I’m too invested in this aren’t I… 😂

Yes he was, until she dropped him. She apparently asked to meet somewhere for drinks after he started following her on social media. After a meeting or two it seems she found someone with more clout so didn’t need him any more to promote her status in the UK. I’m guessing at that point he realised the charm and friendliness were fake and she wasn’t such a nice person after all.
And on that note, I don’t think she could be judged on someone meeting her, it would have to be someone that’s known her for a while. I get the impression there aren’t many of those that she is still in touch with.

They couldn’t control what the media writes about her, but could control an internal investigation and keep it private.

Maybe she just realised that Piers was a dick, though?

Yeah, there haven't even been details published of the bullying allegations, have there? Could be anything. Could be staff who tried to get her to "fall in" with the RF way of doing things, and she said she would like to do things a different way. Could be that it was when she was feeling suicidal and she maybe wasn't very happy or chatty with staff - perhaps she came across as a bit short or withdrawn with them. None of us know what the "bullying" was supposed to have entailed.

Met her once (to do with a charity). Haven’t got a bad word to say about her. Polite, charming, genuinely interested in everyone and friendly and in a not just for show way. Seemed really genuine and nice.

I wondered whether the report potentially undermined Jason Knauf's comments, which had already been made public.

If the findings didn't fully support - or worse, contradicted - what he'd said, then his position would have been untenable and the press would have had a field day. As he seems to have enjoyed a good relationship with the RF, perhaps they decided to keep it under wraps.

I know someone who is in a senior position who worked with her on one of her and Harold's tours, raving about her at start and how amazing she was, by the end of the tour they thought she was difficult, rude, hard work etc. I can't remember the exact words they used but they definitely didn't part company as a fan of hers

BTW am not a M or a K cheerleader - no strong feelings either way about them! But the refusal to publish the report always struck me as a quite odd.

Well there have been reports of staff being left feeling sick and shaking at the prospect of having to face her and of her and Harry repeatedly berating someone in phone calls after working hours.

I'm not inclined to believe the spiteful, snobby courtiers. But that's just me...
