I don’t know why anyone is analysing the ins-and-outs of how Meghan and Kate interacted. So far as I can see, it’s their husbands behaving poorly, not them.

I can imagine the “baby brain” comment was a bit of a brain-fart from Meghan, said without thinking. I don’t think Kate is uppity or ill-humoured for taking offence though. To me it’s the same of accusing a woman of being on her period when she’s disagreeing with your, or calling her hysterical because she’s showing emotion.
