Has William's alleged affair been mentioned yet or is he saving for book 2?

Surprised this hasn't been exposed, thought that would be the big reveal. I'm doubting there's any truth to it now unless he's saving it for book 2?

They have reported about the gossip about William’s affair with Rose Hanbury. Not the same thing at all.

So there are four of us on the thread all saying they heard it from quite reputable different sources but all seemingly holding the whole thing quite lightly.

Then there are the posters making some attacking comments about how nasty we are - I see the press team has become aware of this thread.

@Serenster is right - a superinjunction can still be reported abroad, and certainly would have been!

Rose was at the Queens funeral and Phillips memorial. Shame she wasn’t pictured with K&W but I suppose it wasn’t the place for a catch up,

It’s fine. People don’t believe us because people on the internet lie. I don’t lie on the internet so my base assumption is you also aren’t lying.

also when I think of how many confidential things I find out from all manner of friends and family in a wide assortment of careers it makes total sense that a number of people would be privy to this information and feel able to discuss on an anonymous forum without repercussion.

I know he has had at least one affair. I don’t know if it’s with Rose. If you’re saying it is I believe you.

I also didn’t want to believe when I was told as I really like them as a couple, but I also didn’t want to believe David Beckham was banging a teacher at his daughter’s school and I found that out too against my will!

(Obviously there is lots of gossip! It’s all over MN for starters. Doesn’t mean it’s true though, and we are back there being absolutely no evidence that anyone can point to)

The people who gave the paper the Turnip Toff story obviously wouldn’t /couldn’t confirm an affair was taking place, as if they had, the papers would have run with that, not a “friendship fallout” Two sources who will confirm a story and they’ll run it….(or just the one if it’s the Sun and Rebekah Vardy is their source 🤣).

Show us or it quite literally didn’t happen! 😀

Come on now, would it really be so shocking and surprising if he had? It hardly a particularly outlandish suggestion.

TaraRhu it's been reported in exactly the same way across the world as it's been reported here - innuendo, gossip etc. There's no superinjunction because that would have been reported elsewhere and well, it hasn't.

Defamation isn't defamation if it's true, William has an injunction about the affair, it's no secret. Why are people so offended on behalf of a family who literally don't care about them anyway?

Re this snidely swipe because it was my friend who I quoted - and the only thing I will say on this is that the few private polo events, that the RF played in, I have been to have had lots of ages from 17 to 70 - also the blue blood horsey world is quite small.

My friend is fully in that world and I have had access now and again.

Well I'd be careful what you say as he has crossed a line talking about a client. If he's identified I don't think he'll be getting much work in the future.

I have not been nasty or even commented on if he had an affair or not. If he did, it’s between him and Kate.

But a bare assertion of knowing someone who is in the know on an internet thread is meaningless and you can’t expect people to just swallow it. People can say what they want on the internet, doesn’t make it credible.

Surely the whole point of gossip is that there isn’t any proof.

If there was, it wouldn’t be gossip anymore, it would be fact.

I have really realised lately though that some people think if you say ‘I heard this’ it means you wholeheartedly believe it and are somehow presenting it as a fact.

They are reporting the rumours he’s had an affair, not confirming he’s had one. The UK papers won’t publish this because they are too much at risk of a lawsuit (and not necessarily from William, the Hanburys could also sue).

The way people project onto the RF is bizarre.

@Legrandetraitor I also don’t lie nor really care about the royal family but I have found this thread quite amusing this evening. I only heard he has an affair - I couldn’t say it was with rose. That just came from my grazia article.

I was sad about DB too. I am a literal no body but I have lots of interesting friends and so occasionally stuff comes up in conversation. My special talent is the game 6 degrees to Kevin Bacon - and I can get to most famous people in two including the Beckhams!!
