I can see this polarising opinion - with the die hard Royalists into one camp and those on the fence and anti- monarchists in the other.
Its really difficult with all the vitriol not to have a view.
Although one group clearly shouting the loudest - not sure it necessarily reflects the majority of the people.

If this were a ‘normal’ family where one party was constantly airing the family dirty linen people would be telling the rest of the family to cut ties and not give them the airspace they crave.

Well there’s no sense pretending they’re a normal family. It’s the royal family and she was and is subject to a years-long, racially-motivated hate campaign by large sections of the British press.

I don’t blame them at all for wanting to give their side of the story (even if I have little interest in actually watching it).

I do hope that some people, whose views on Meghan and Harry are of course almost entirely shaped by the tabloids, will read that Jeremy Clarkson piece and realize that what they’ve been digesting for years is just deranged, racist, misogynistic rantings from awful human beings.

I'm more supporting moving tedious and repetitive conversations about a family who I don't care about to the section set up for that family than I am supporting anyone in said family.
