You have obviously not watched Game of Thrones then. It's a scene from an episode. One of the most popular. People love it. You can do the walk of shame (google it) yourself in the actual location in Dubrovnik, there's guided tours. It is very popular. People love it, those that can tell the difference between fiction and reality of course.

I was disgusted by it and so many other things Hollywood puts out. It really Mars the enjoyment of many great shows for me. But I am in the US and feel there is no point in complaining. The train has left the station.

I do recognize and comment on the absolute hatred Hollywood has for women whenever I see it. It’s rampant.

@rumship with all due respect, one is a fictional tv programme about a fictional character in a fictional universe. Not great for female representation in tv but not really doing any physical harm.

The other is a real man targeting a real woman in real life through the medium of media that could very well incite violence and harassment against the individual. Even without everything else that is happening, Meghan highlighted the death threats she has received in her documentary and the very real life impact they have upon her and her family.

You don't see the difference in a made up TV show that's designed to shock and someone publicly declaring a real person they'd like to see it happen to? And not in a haha funny kinda way, but an "I hate her on a cellular level" way, the fact he proclaims to lie in bed (wanking no doubt) as he imagines this happening to a specific real person?

You accuse PP of "cherry picking" and not using the most usual definition of dreaming which you state is ": a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep."

Howewever JC states explicitly that he is awake whilst he is "dreaming" so it is a conscious, day dream desiring the action. Not a passive occurrence in his mind during sleep. @AliceOlive 's definition is specifically appropriate, not cherry picking

@rumship when he states that he hates her on a “cellular level” and that he hates her just as much or more that Rose West, I start to worry about his mental health and the level of his obsession and hatred towards Meghan. I think that helps mark the line between making a witty satirical
comment and dangerous, harassing and violence inciting comment.

His humour is very low brow. I advise not taking him so seriously. The whole show was school boy level wanking and sword fighting fodder and immensely popular for it.
