Do Camilla and Charles live separately?

She was dropped off in Wiltshire. I was surprised they didn't stay together today.

I'm not hating btw just genuinely curious and I kind of admire her for creating her own space if
It's true.

ALSO, because it's driving me crazy, did Anne and Tim separate briefly back in the nougties?

I'm sure I remember it being announced on Sky, but it was never mentioned again and he seemed to continue accompanying her to Royal engagements.

Bouledeneige. His Coach Driver! Doubt that he went on a coach in his whole life. Carriage partner, possibly.

I think there's some wild suppositions on here! Nobody knows what's going on inside another person's marriage.
However, if a couple are out and about together, holidaying, dining etc and support each other at events then I'd say they're fine.
Peter Phillips has already had his divorce finalised.

GreenClock · 15/09/2022 19:49

I think that if Anne had wanted to get divorced, she’d have done so. Likewise, Peter remarrying and Andrew reuniting with Sarah. The Q and PP didn’t need to be dead for any of that.

Charles and Camilla, they lived together at Clarence House until last week. But she still has a home from before their marriage and he has Highgrove. No doubt they both make use of all homes together and separately for work and family reasons. They have busy lives, they can't be together all the time.

Floralei · 15/09/2022 19:49

It’s called Ray Mill House - you’d think if it had been in one’s family, one might know how to spell it correctly…

Maireas · 15/09/2022 19:49

I love that picture, @StrawberryPot, it looks like such a comfy home!

derxa · 15/09/2022 19:50

If Anne doesn't want Tim, I'll have him. I'd have to divorce DH first mind.

NiqueNique · 15/09/2022 19:51

Oh did I say St. James’ Palace earlier?? I meant Clarence House!

Camilla seems to have her head screwed on the right way.

You mean aside from being a home wrecker?!?

Oh and before you say "That was years ago" - People don't change!
Not that I'm comparing 'crimes' here but if you had a predator applying for parole on the grounds of "That was years ago" I really don't think they'd be all that successful to be honest..

caringcarer · 15/09/2022 19:51

Whoever said the Queen hated sailing? She loved sailing on the Britannia. Lots of people saying people are having affairs without any evidence.

Do any of these royals have a happy marriage apart from Harry and Meghan? Wow

I definitely wouldn't describe H&M's marriage as happy! More like a pairing of equally damaged people.

I know. It's bonkers.

Wouldn't it be fabulous to have another house to pop off to when you were in need of time alone? Especially if one of you is a bit messy and the other one is uber-neat 🤣 Good for Camilla - she is ace.

I don't think she's "ace" at all. I find it fascinating how people can say that. Obviously I respect others' opinions but this is one of those things which truly baffles me. Most people agree that what she played a part in was appalling & unforgivable

FayeGovan · 15/09/2022 19:54

Its quite sweet how some posters refuse to believe any wrongdoing by the royals...

I'd like the arrangement the Queen and Philip have in the Crown, large separate bedrooms with a connecting space. Maybe when the DC move out we'll get a bedroom and sitting room each. That would work.

If we had separate houses it would be like being students again and he would spend all his time at mine and I'd never want to go to his because he wouldn't bother to decorate it nicely and while it would be clean there would be piles of his stuff everywhere and unlike now when I tell him to tidy his stuff up he does if he had his own house he probably wouldn't.

I imagine there might be a few changes now HMQ and PP are dead.

Anne will get her divorce.
Peter Phillips will finalise his and remarry. Maybe even have more DC's.
Fergie and Andy will remarry (and hopefully disappear).
Williams affairs will become less discreet.

Peter Phillips was divorced over a year ago. People who actually know Princess Anne and Tim Lawrence are clear the they appear perfectly happy together. I suspect the rest of those predictions are of similar quality.

Behave.

Isn't there a pic of Charles holding on of Camilla's GDs on the balcony at William & Kate's wedding?

Just realised that Camilla also has a GS called Louis!

vera99 · 15/09/2022 19:56

So if I get this right Anne is having an affair with Camilla's ex-husband who has married her older brother which is news to me. I knew a lot of them were dysfunctional but this is another level. No wonder they were all interrelated in the old times. Indeed Philp was Elizabeth's third cousin. And he is now the head of the Church of England. Right.

I hate to break it to you, but that's a large element of how the parole system works.

Me too, happily divorced and I have created a lovely home, for me. No desire to share it with anyone and if I ever did meet anyone (not on my agenda) they would need to have their own home because I've got no intention of sharing mine.

ditto!

MalagaNights · 15/09/2022 19:58

I've often wondered why Fergie and Andrew never remarried.

They've remained devoted to each other and live together and haven't had other serious relationships, it looks like it would have made sense.
