I've seen a clip on Instagram where a group of women completely blanked MM when she spoke to them. It was awful to watch.
I feel so sorry for her, she didn't deserve that at all.
I saw another clip where someone had asked her for a hug, she obliged and when they hugged she really held the member of public and closed her eyes, it looked as if she really needed that hug .
No wonder she ran away from the UK

DNA testing is FAR more recent than that!
The Double helix of the DNA sequence was discovered by Crick and Watson in the 1950's

Blood testing 'Could' be done before then, as an O+ x O+ parents cannot produce a child with group A+ blood.
Blood testing is far less precise, eg, if both fathers are O+, it would be inconclusive.

But that is very different to DNA testing. {PCR from saliva swab} that has been used in recent times. {Past 25 yrs}

@Ohnonevermind
Agree with you regarding the Omid Scobie incident. Information was obviously being fed to him and she or associates of hers were obviously the source. Now this is credible evidence.

However, as regards to the passport issue.
Her passport was probably taken from her and she probably had to go through hoops in order to get it back so that she could travel. So no, this is not what I perceive as ‘credible ‘ evidence of her lying.

oakleaffy · 13/09/2022 09:15

This is exactly what makes me feel uneasy about Meghan.
Something that doesn't ''Ring true''.

A pretence of being 'Caring and compassionate' but doing and acting the opposite way to her own father, especially, who did give her a lot when she was growing up.

I do think she was heavily spoiled as a child, and this sense of ''Me first'' definitely lingers on...Meghan even barged in front of the Queen to get into a car first.

The Queen was gracious about it, having impeccable manners, but it did show the self~ importance that Meghan has.

These lies are getting laughable now. Britain, what a racist shitshow.

Watch the footage, the Queen asks Meghan to get in first.

I’ve highlighted your own assumptions there, as I think they are undermined by the facts. I once posted a whole list of all international trips (personal and working) that Meghan took in the period she was a working royal and it worked out as more than one a month. We also later discovered it wasn’t a complete list, as she had secret trips to Canada to stay with the Mulroney that were covered up by her staff. And of course for a few months of that time she had a new-born baby and wasn’t travelling.

Anyway, someone who is able to jump on a plane every three weeks or so doesn’t remotely sound lie she had to jump through hoops in order to travel.

Snog · 13/09/2022 09:58

I have my doubts as to the authenticity of the all knowing and niche relevance phd that Completelyovernonsense claimed to have done to try to claim her definitive word on the subjects discussed.

Ohnonevermind · 13/09/2022 10:00

@Lampzade

she made lots of Private trips to Nice, Canada, Italy, Amsterdam can remember off the top of my head but think it was about a dozen.
so those hoops must not have been too onerous that she had to ‘jump through’ the reality is far different to the ‘emotive’ language she used

So are you saying that she is lying about her passport being taken from her.
Was this denied by the palace?

oakleaffy · 13/09/2022 10:06

Many people detest Andrew, and find him utterly abhorrent.

But no one cries ''Racist'' at that!

But if he was a POC, people would be shouting it.

It's such a weak argument to shout ''Racist'' to try to shut down someone who says they dislike how a person acts {or doesn't act}.

It is indeed like trying to Play chess with a pigeon as PP have alluded to.

Serenster · 13/09/2022 10:06

Some of it seemed fairly unlikely to me, Snog. I am no expert in Palace protocol, but the whole assertion of the need to formally announce to everyone where they stand in the line of succession following the Queen’s death - that changes all the time! Every royal great grandchild born since Princess Margaret died will also have meant people moved around the line. Did they have to notify all of the “top 25” every single time a baby is born? And, if so, why? The line of succession is a line of succession - it’s not like you’d get bumped off it for a back-office mix up with the letters following the Queen’s death…

Ohnonevermind · 13/09/2022 10:09

it was probably stored in a travel ‘office’, with all the other royal passports, as an office make travel arrangements for the royals, much the way the super wealthy like Oprah do too

It's not racist to dislike someone.

It is racist to make up lies about Meghan, such as her barging in front of the Queen. These are micro aggressions that harm people.

And are you seriously comparing Andrew to Meghan? A fucking rapist?

Possibly.

Serenster · 13/09/2022 10:12

So are you saying that she is lying about her passport being taken from her.
Was this denied by the palace?

I am saying she deliberately mislead the public in her Oprah interview about something that was almost certainly true (I am sure her office staff did have day to day custody of her passport in order to make her life administratively easier - this is quite common) but which did not impinge upon her freedom to travel wherever and whenever she wanted in any way. Saying she didn’t see her passport since she joined the family however was all part of the story she and Harry were telling - that the Palace kept them literally and figuratively trapped.

And, as I’m I’m sure you know, the Palace sidestepped the kind of wrangling you see on threads like this by just saying “recollections may vary”.

phishy · 13/09/2022 10:12

@oakleaffy yes, I am definitely not enjoying playing with all the pigeons here Smile

The only 'aggressive' one is you, with your assumptions and sweary posts.

Not surprised by the comparison to Andrew.
Some of these posters just write a whole load of tosh.
They totally lack critical thinking skills.

Ohnonevermind · 13/09/2022 10:15

@Lampzade

do you think the royals book their own flights 🤣

Oprah probably has no idea where her own passport is. When you’re super wealthy and connected, you have people to do this, they handle all the arrangements, even carry your passport for you in the airport and make sure you’re whisked through quickly.

I just googled it - she took 13 flights, so she wasn’t being stopped from travelling at all.

phishy · 13/09/2022 10:16

So are you refusing to admit you lied that Meghan barged in front of the Queen, to get in the car first? Even though I posted the actual footage?

Is this how you operate? Lie and then deflect?

Snog · 13/09/2022 10:17

I think the passport issue is another case of Meghan seeking to mislead the American public. It implies that she had no freedom to travel which seems pretty controlling if true.

I suspect her passport was perhaps kept by officials as part of administrative procedures as any travel would of course be arranged by the palace and not by Meghan herself so that the grunt work of the arrangements did not need to be done by Meghan and of course the palace needed to make her security arrangements.

Did it restrict her travel? The high number of personal international trips made during this period would heavily suggest not.

Could Meghan have insisted on keeping her passport herself if this had been important to her? Well "what Meghan wants Meghan gets" so I'd assume so.

I think she mentioned this firstly to reveal that things are done differently in the RF and to share a detail that others did not know (emphasising her own "specialness" perhaps, and secondly to mislead the public that this had a negative effect on her to "curtail her freedom".

Punch and Judy Panto to keep the punters happy: English Rose V. Crass American. Daily matinees available.

This weeks edition: Battle of the simpering at the floral tribute walk about.

Megan the villain for daring to have an opinion. Andy the rapist, no one really cares about that, because using females for instant gratification is acceptable, whether it's sexual deviancy gratification for Andy, or gossip gratification for the Daily Mail readers.

Exactly, they lie about things Meghan have done and when presented with proof that she didn’t do it, they cry ‘racism card!’

So obvious and pathetic. Pigeons shitting all over the place.

Ohnonevermind · 13/09/2022 10:19

The passport was part of her victim narrative. Poor innocent Meghan trapped by the royal family.

The reality was rather different.

I don’t know about the ins and outs of the rich and famous with regards their passports.
I am simply giving my view as to what may have happened.

Ohnonevermind · 13/09/2022 10:22

@Lampzade

why don’t you use your own critical thinking skillls and muse on how someone who has their passport ‘taken away’ can make 13 private trips. I’m really interested to hear

in this case I’m not calling her a liar, i’m just saying she twisted the narrative to portray herself as a victim.

Serenster · 13/09/2022 10:26

No, you were’t just giving your view. You were stating why the passport example was not what you perceived as ‘credible ‘ evidence of her lying.

Since you’ve now admitted that actually, your perception was based on your own complete lack of knowledge, I presume you’re now happy to admit that you were wrong?
