Was Prince William's statement digs at Prince Harry?

I really loved Prince William's statement and tribute to the Queen. However it did highlight the difference in his relationships with close family members, and his life going forwards compared to Harry. A friend said to me they thought it seemed like a series of digs at Harry and reading again I'm wondering if anyone would agree?

(I'm paraphrasing slightly but these are the comments that highlight Harry's new life.)

^"The world lost an extraordinary leader who's commitment to the country... was absolute."

"My wife has had twenty years of her guidance."

"My three children have got to spend holidays with her and make memories that will last their whole lives."

"I thank her... for providing an example of service and dignity in public life."

"I will honour her memory.. by supporting my father The King in every way I can."^

This was the majority of his statement and it would be impossible for Harry and Meghan to share similar sentiments now. Does anyone think this was intentional or just the reality of their situation?

Both. I don’t blame him, though. Nor everything has to be about the bleating bore Harkle.

Yes, I agree it's probably both. Some of those statements were things that a very diplomatic person might have avoided saying under the circumstances, but they were also all true and I can't blame William for saying them.

I think it was typical royal-ly stuff to say @MrsNobodyMM , and not directly related to H&M at all.

Of course if someone mentions dignity etc it's going to throw Harry's actions into sharp relief, but that's due to his actions rather than intentional by others talking about emotionally continent people.

This one might be a bit pointed I guess.
