When I copied that first bit, I didn't include the opening bit of the sentence but that's what's now intriguing me. That paragraph starts:

So they are saying they had stated in early Jan, when all this broke, there wouldn't be a foundation. But if that's the case, why has all the talk about 'their foundation' been going on? Was that really what they said then?

Honestly I don’t remember.... but the word must have been there somewhere unless it’s the Nelson Mandela effect...

Why are certain parts of their statement on the website underlined? It seems quite unprofessional.

Oh they’re so cringe right now. Shut up! Why haven’t they learned to stop feeding the media silly unsubtle tidbits through crappy sources which then blow up in their faces and they instantly have to publicly back-pedal through Instagram. They’re so bloody embarrassing!

I saw the typo. I used to proofread and it irritates me no end when people who are meant to be professional make errors like that.

is the most passive aggressive attempt of those two to be 'the bigger person' and take the higher ground than the Queen.

The levels of delusion are starting to worry me - the Sussexes are not OK.

I think they should have waited for the initial pique they may feel to ebb a little and formulated something less childish.

flippin ell. TBH those links look like my blog, which given that I have done it for £36 a year and am completely useless - you would think Sunshine Sachs would have tech people?! eg I know that Freud PR in London have an entire tech/social media dept.

Thing is though, if the trademark requests were done as a preventative measure and meant to lie dormant, which makes business & legal sense, why retract the applications? Why not keep them there to prevent joe blogs from using them? The Cambridge’s’ haven’t been used.
