I'm wondering how that US school bus got so close to Buckingham Palace and wasn't stopped by the police. Were there no police patrolling in the area? Did they think it's free speech so allowed it? I'd have thought they would have had the power if they'd seen it to pull it over and come up with something to stop it getting so close the BP.
