James is also the name of Harry’s cousin, which is what genuinely makes it an unlikely choice - but that wouldn’t be so ‘funny’, would it?

I still wonder whether people like you simply ignore the fact that Harry was already a baby when Diana MET Hewitt; never mind before anything else happened.
