Herbie had a phase recently of sitting and lifting one paw up, as if he couldn't put weight on it.
We were getting concerned but he was perfectly able to run and jump.
Eventually we decided he was just doing it for effect!!

Gizmo does look very cute like that.

Sadly, it is unlikely I will be better for at least another month. I have vertigo/dizziness as a side effect of a new medication I am taking and I’m caught in the trap of give new medication time/wait and see if side effect wears off/try new medication/see if it causes dizziness (answer: yes😭)
I am not posting much because reading and writing makes the vertigo worse. I was hoping to start a thread in Chat or feminism re. your choir invader -“Things I would say in this situation”. I bet it would go into classics.
Cat Four is happiest with the situation because I am lying down a lot and she can jump onto my chest between my iPad and me. This does not work especially well for me if I am wearing lip balm or wanting to breathe.

We could also do a Loaf competition. She is also very good at being a loaf, albeit a messy one.

That sounds rubbish, learie. I hope that the new meds work better.

Joancat also likes to lie right in front of my face when I'm reading my phone in bed. I've stopped trying to fight back and have simply got used to burying my nose in her furry arse and falling asleep with my phone somewhere underneath her.

Hello everyone, everything's fine with us. MN has ramped up their annoying pop-ups and I think they have finally managed to make it more hassle than I can be bothered with for now so I basically rage quit.

I don't mind taking the ad block off so much but they don't let you block trackers either and I won't do that! Or pay for MN as that is too much like admitting the addiction 😄

This is the only thread I miss though so sorry for ghosting everyone. I hope you and the cats are all doing OK, I will look through it on airplane mode at some point or finally get a proper VPN or something.

Anyway Kettle is his normal handsome and cuddly self and wishes you all the very best!

I switched to B r a v e browser at the beginning of the year. Saved over 8gb in data. Hours in loading time. No ad-blocker needed. Just saying.... And yes, I spaced the name out. Not sure the powers that be want us all ditching chrome or edge....

Cat Three heard about the long cat competition. I didn’t want to hurt his feelings by not submitting it : perhaps we can have a special category of stumpy cats doing their best to be long.
