......... as Gizmo and Linney almost reach their first anniversary, they reflect on the joys of living in the same hoose.

Gizmo is the one with the London accent.

Quite right - and that's a much easier one to spot 🤣🤣🤣

Linney's tail is fluffier than Gizmo's

But they’ve each got four paws & a set of whiskers, which makes it trickier.

And only one of them can bark like a dog.

Argh Gizmo!

I packed up some dry food to give to DD2 as Linney has decided he doesn't like it anymore. I only bought it last week and it cost £18 but heigh-ho.

You'll remember that Gizmo can't eat dry food at all, as it seriously upsets his tummy.

It goes without saying that he managed to find the dry food, and immediately tore a hole in the bag to get at the contents. In this he was successful.

I discovered him munching his way through the packet, contented and pleased with himself.

He growled and hissed at me when I hastily removed it, then spent ten minutes licking the carpet where he'd spilt the bounty.

I'm dreading the litter tray in the morning.

Finlay popped in recently when it was wet and enjoyed lap time with friends and family - trying to keep up with recharging tracker is still a challenge when he’s out most of the time
Last night he came in for food so grabbed him to charge - then the smoke alarm went off whilst I was cooking dinner so he shot out without tracker and by sheer luck I managed to see him this morning just as I was going to work so popped it back on collar and fed him quickly

When I got up in the night, Toad started to come with me thinking it was food time. When he discovered I was only going into the bathroom, he went back to bed, only he decided he wanted to sleep where Fred was sleeping, regardless of how Fred felt about that.

Fred does look a bit irritated.

A handy addition to the MN cat spotters guide.

Flipping Herbie!

Thought we had some leftover pizza from dinner.
Turns out, we don't.
When will I learn not to leave any food on the side!

My Vixen looks so relaxed tonight (although slightly dopey with her tongue out as always)

Kitty’s feeling very relaxed too. She likes lying on crocheted blankets so it’s a good thing we have plenty of them.

Herbie is in his favourite room, probably wondering if any more leftovers will appear.

Sorry Rum. I wasn't insulting the lovely Vixen.

She is the dopey one when she's all relaxed and chilled. It's when she wakes up and gets annoyed that the dopey disappears and the vicious demanding little beast appears 😁
