There is a cuddle puddle on my sofa this morning. I am jealous that I have to work and so cannot be part of the sleeping and snuggling.

@LostCats It kind of is. I searched Amazon for heated throws, saw this one at an amazing low price considering that it's king sized so I bought it. When it arrived I discovered that the reason it was so cheap is because it's not a heated throw, it's just a throw. A very luxurious and soft throw admittedly. That'll teach me to read the description before buying things!

The cats seem to be very grateful though so that’s a win!

It's still oozing occasionally.

But as he tends to lie with his feet in the air, I got a good look at it this morning.

It's a graze, not infected, doesn't seem to have any foreign bodies in it, and his claws are all there (as Mr SB discovered when he got up and foolishly tried to get into the kitchen past Mr. G).

I think we were right, that he did it when scrabbling up to the garden wall. He misses his target when he jumps, and does his best with his back legs to get to wherever he's aiming for.

Poor old Guillermo. He's having a well deserved nap on our bed, on a towel which I placed there to save the white duvet cover.

He looks so sweet and innocent. If you weren't aware of his personality from the tales (tails?) on here, you could be forgiven for thinking he's a big fur ball that would love nothing more than being picked up and cuddled on your lap for hours.
