DH just found 2 unopened in date Easter Eggs that DS left behind 🥰

I'd eat them even if they were out of date.

Easter Eggs have dates on them?? I found a Celebrations one this week that I had hidden when the estate agent came to value the house but I don't consider it lucky as I hate Nestle chocolate 😥

Shell, you need a break. Enjoy it to the max. How strangely convenient DS is a professional trained to deal with new-in-town ne’er do wells, nighttime demands to get in from attitude-heavy carousers, and all manner of thugs.

Finally managed to get a photo of my other cat, the 2.4 kg terror. She has 2 reactions to me getting my phone out, running away or head butting the phone, neither conducive to a good photo, but yesterday I realised I had hardly any pictures of her compared to her sister.

Yes, she has that "I'm annoyed for no particular reason" look so beloved of the black cat.

I interpreted it more as "if that bird/mouse/leaf holds still just for a moment longer..."

Here are my boys fast asleep last night. They love their cat tree.

Have you considered wildlife photography as a career? That sounds like you'd be good at lying in mud for a perfect shot it.

Both cats’ behaviour here medium at best. Luckily no visual evidence available. Begging, biting, stalking each other’s tails, rolling in artistically planted window boxes, screamy mewing for meals every 5 seconds, demands for duvet to
be laid out despite punishing heat, etc..They work as a team.

Well that shows exactly how the world should be run!

I am but a comfy leg upon which to rest one’s weary head.
He tried to bite me yesterday when I moved him off the bed so I could change it. He’s happy today because I’m off sick from work again with d&v (ten days and counting). Although I did get a dirty look for disturbing him for getting off the sofa to bolt to the bathroom.
