We might need a whiskers competition. I just noticed that Cat One has great whiskers this afternoon. I’m sure I’ve noticed before in the ten years I’ve been his servant but menopause ruins everything.

Cat Two has these very strange vertical ones coming out of her cheeks. Definitely not whiskers. The cat version of chin hair 😄

My dear departed Columbine had the best whiskers I have ever seen. She was practically blind and it was like she had excess whiskers to compensate. I'm talking sea anemone level here 😂

One day I'll see if I can do something about getting the photos from back then on to the computer. I'd love to post a photo of her.

Socks has impressive whiskers and eyebrows.

Don't really tend to notice Karl's whiskers but he (and Lenny) do have impressive ear fluff.

Frankenstein has really curly whiskers plus one white one on each side. It's quite hard to get a photo that shows how curly they are but I'll try next time he lets me near him.

You're so right Grumpy - it’s a minor incurable disease - needs the odd op and pillz but otherwise no bother. However, I had the most gratifying fuss made today cos when I hopped up onto the slab I fainted 😀

It was really hot in there, am fine. The nurses loved it. Went home and ate a large lunch. Little nap. Angled for sympathy with NDN, cup of tea and a twirl. Result.

Prince saw me waving at another cat in the flats opposite. He screamed, slapped my bum and bit me.

Whooping cough is exhausting and horrible, and as for the delights of a stomach bug…not fun, not fun at all. Get better soon and look after yourselves, you two. Nearly the weekend, suggest do O.

I’m entranced by all the kitty pictures - Matt is iconic. Leroy ludicrously stylish. Tottering to bed to admire them properly.

Agatha has decided my fancy new lounger is now an expensive cat bed. She especially likes the head cushions which are higher up. Sigh. Going to get the cover off and have a coffee on it in a bit. I doubt I will be alone! 🤣

That is the best cat bed I've ever seen. I reckon even mine would use that if I bought it for them.

Gizmo has gone on strike.

He won't jump up on to the windowsill.

He just stands under it, miaowing to be let in through the front door.

We are not pandering to this entitled behaviour, so we seem to be at an impasse at the moment.
