Unfortunately I’m immune suppressed so I get anything and everything, but on the plus side I get antivirals which is a win, so just waiting on that call to come in.
Also super lucky as I’ve got tramadol on repeat subscription so had one of those plus lemon and honey tea and paracetamol and I’m winning (well enough to give cats love and watch Netflix 😁)

I ended up with her and Toad fast asleep on me so of course I couldn't get up and do cleaning or anything. Shame. 😁 They both slept so hard that their heads ended up falling, if you know what I mean? It was very cute.

It is fascinating how, in the households of cats, the slaves always have the rule "if the cat is sitting on your lap, you must not move." I've come across this in loads of different households, and it's just the accepted norm. I use to practise the extreme form, which involves comparing the discomfort of an increasingly full bladder with the potential disturbance of the cat. How long can you last out?

Impressed by Mrs Grumpy's stoicism at being a cat ladder and Mr SB's lovely photograph. Hope you are not too worn out waiting for the Strictly spoiler. I voted Annabel, Amanda and I can't remember - maybe Nikita.

@ImNotWorthy - it's not just comparing the potential disturbance of the cat, you've got to add the potential upset, hurt feelings, grudge holding and possibility of them never sitting on your lap again 😱

Generally the tribe will come back if I do make them move, but it's a convenient excuse to not do housework 😁 If a miracle happens and Frankenstein deigns to sit anywhere near me though, I will do my very best to not even move a finger as his cuddles are so rare.
