Actually, the young children from Picard's house (a few doors down from us) often come to our garden and ask him to "come home".

Yesterday a small child came into the garden and I could hear her mother telling her that it was rude to enter people's gardens without an invitation.

"But Picard always does and you don't tell HIM off," was the plaintive (and unanswerable) response.

Sounds like a youngster who needs instructions on The Ways of Cat 😁

Despite having food on both his plates, and dry food in all four locations around the house, Lexter is HUNGRY AND STARVING.

Well don't sit there taking a photo! DEAL WITH IT!!! Sort it out will you! Look at him!!!

He needs the correct food, and the correct quantity, placed directly under his nose right now.

I can only half sit on the sofa to enjoy I,Claudius cos Prince woke me by biting my bum.

I've often thought of naming some cats Agrippina and Germanicus.

@YesItsMeIDontCare He is the fussiest of my cats. If he didn't see me put the food down, if it's the wrong flavour, wrong brand, has been on the plate for more than 30 seconds, or just plain looks wrong, then he will cry and cry until I give in and feed him again. He has a kind of Siamese yowl so it's hard to ignore the little bugger.

It's properly hot over here, may I offer some kitten toe beans.

Socks has taken to grooming my hands in bed. It's a weird, ticklish sensation with her little rough tongue that I can't say I find particularly enjoyable. I think it's meant to be a compliment...😻

Girlcat has chocolate brown toe beans and the softest silkiest feet possible, and if I'm really REALLY lucky I'm allowed to stroke & play with them. Boycat's of course were accessed freely - anything for attention from mum.

Don't even know what colour toe beans Tobias has, he tends to tuck his feet safely under himself when I come near, to be readyu for a quick getaway.

Mr. SB went to bed before me last night and when I joined him, about an hour later, Picard was asleep on the end of our bed, curled up next to Linney.
I should have taken a picture.
Anyway, I picked him up and carried him to the window.
He didn't want to go.

We don't know what to do. I mean, to discourage him. He's a lovely boy but NMC!

Cheeky Picard! Sitting in your garden is one thing but trying to join you in bed is pushing it!

TC will be mighty jealous.
