I may have mentioned before though that Lenny is a bit of a crap cat.
He doesn't like Dreamies 🙀

Tobias doesn't really like them either. But I recently discovered Rosie's Farm dried chicken strips. They come in a plastic resealable bag that has a slightly different noise to Dreamies when you shake it...

Cheers Allergic - I'll look out for those for him.

Allergictoironing · 24/05/2023 09:04

I got mine at Zooplus. Couldn't see them on Amazon, they aren't in Asda or Morrisons or Pets at Home., FWK recommends the freeze dried prawns you cn get in PaH, his cat that doesn't like Dreamies loves those.

Zooplus charges £8.99 delivery to my house, which is why I won't use them.
Yes, they have frequent discounts but the delivery charge negates them.

Anyone else struggling to get their recalcitrant cats in at night at the moment?
Two nights on the trot Lenny has refused to come in at bedtime - last night he saw me call him and immediately ran next door under one of their cars. I'd swear the little bugger was laughing at me while he fled.
Lenny is now officially a dirty stop out (to be fair, he's always back in the morning though 😼)

Paws is AWOL. I think partly as it's warm, he's probably partying and partly as he doesn't want to risk the 2 legs with no fur snotting on him

YesItsMeIDontCare · 24/05/2023 13:05

Leroy has taken to dining al fresco thanks to DH so I now have to risk blood loss to sling him (Leroy, not DH) over my shoulder to get him in.

DH will NOT be bad cop 🙄

LostCats · 24/05/2023 13:15

But there’s no undying love when you’re bad cop…

Tearing up again

Florissant · 24/05/2023 14:14

Oh, Kyse. That is such a lovely memento.

TheShellBeach · 24/05/2023 14:15

@Kyse23 that's the loveliest thing I've seen.

There is - Leroy loves me more than anybody. Except my best friend's middle daughter... they have a serious bond 😁

That's a lovely memento Kyse.

Supersimkin2 · 24/05/2023 14:43

Exquisite.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 24/05/2023 14:48

Beautiful and sad.

Guiltypleasures001 · 24/05/2023 14:50

Defiantlynot41 · 24/05/2023 16:40

I tend to bulk buy, so never paid delivery yet for a Zooplus order. But then again I do have space for 10kg bags of dry and boxes of 60-80 pouches.....

I've got lots of storage space.
It doesn't seem to matter how much my order is, they still charge to deliver.
It's where we are in Scotland - some firms seem to think we're an island, but it's on a peninsula on the mainland.

Allergictoironing · 24/05/2023 18:13

Ah OK. Does it make any difference which delivery option you choose? I know they used to have a difference in "free delivery" minimum orders depending on which courier you chose.

Yes, it makes a difference.
To use DPD it would cost £12.99.
Hmm

The Kintyre Peninsula.

TheShellBeach · 24/05/2023 22:01

Quite close to Paul McCartney's place.
