Christopher Smart had clearly never met TC.
Due to popular demand (and a fear of lynching by the denizens of Mumsnet if I failed to comply) please find enclosed the 5th (🙀) thread about my NDN's cat.
For any new arrivals to this thread, TC is a stripy thug who spends most of his waking hours trying to break into our house. He doesn't get on with our cats (with the possible exception of Sybil, but only if she's in the mood). He currently is at war with Lenny.
He occasionally behaves like a perfect gentleman, his more normal MO however is to be a hissing spitting ball of teeth and claws.

TC was diligently waiting for me outside HIS back door this morning.
Post feeding I did offer him the opportunity to go out again, but he just can't be bothered.

Just stepped out of the living room, shut the outside door, but forgot there was a window open. Back in the room 2 minutes later and Stripes is already on the inside window sill just about to jump down...

I bet there is a right thump when he jumps down.. he looks like a heavy footed cat?

We have our own Thug cat, we’ve just introduced a new kitten to our household and the older kitten is not impressed. There has been lots of hissing and standoffs 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

The kitten on the right spells T-R-O-U-B-L-E. But is a cutie.

Having been drawn downstairs by TC's wailing outside the door, he's now doing his ablutions in full view of all of us (i.e. me and divers cats).
I have no idea why he can't wash himself in his own garden...

But Grumpy, he is washing himself in his own garden 😆
