What have you done to annoy your cat today?

This is Betsy. Betsy is annoyed today and this is why:

1. I didn't let her lick the brown sauce off my plate when I had finished my bacon sandwich.

1. I attempted to brush her (the most heinous of crimes). And now she has a knot behind her ear which is also annoying her.

1. DD(13) thought it would be fun to dress her up as E.T.

Wormed them!!!

I wasn't able to turn off the rain.

Not today but i have the cheek to go out one evening each week so he sits in the hallway protesting waiting for my return.

I pick her up and lay her on my sleeping husband so they can cuddle. She inevitably scampers aways and I just put her back on. She always kicks him while flying off, so I get to annoy both of them at the same time.

Also, I have a relative staying over and she's very angry.

Didn't give them chicken as soon as we'd eaten our lunch. I am evil. No pics because they're sulking somewhere.

Bonus points for annoying the husband at the same time 😂😂

Changed the bed sheets. I was nice and picked a time that they werent actually on the bed, but then when I remade it they had to be turfed out as laying on bed while I'm trying to put sheets on is not helpful.
They hate me now .
One decamped to laying across the stairs, a very unsubtle attempt to kill me I feel.

@Aboutcoffee oh that's a terrible one isn't it!! Put older cat ivy always gets her own back by jumping up in my knee and shaking so I'm covered in rainwater.

Invited the neighbour for lunch with her dog. Dog is the sweetest natured creature imaginable and just wants to be friends. Cat is not playing. If looks could kill…

Breathe

Not me personally but DH was hoovering when I got home from work.
Boy cat fast asleep on the sofa, girl cat shot out through the cat flap and sat outside in the front garden until the hoovering noises stopped !

Shut the toilet door to stop him following me in there and ignored his pitiful meowing.

Wiped something nasty out of the corner of her eye.

I feel this 😭🤣

I've been putting my tomato plants in one side of the greenhouse. The greenhouse belongs to Haribo and he wasn't able to sleep in it as usual. Not only that but I didn't realise he was lying under the staging on the opposite side when I went for my lunch and closed the door. He's quite needy on times and because he couldn't be with me and I locked him in he's got the hump.

I opened a tin that wasn't cat food. He has had cat food out of a tin maybe three times in his life as I use the pouches and dry food.
But he's never forgotten.

OP you are in serious trouble! I'd sleep with one eye open tonight. My girls are so placid that I'm rarely in trouble. But I was getting daggers from Magic the other day. Not sure why!

I take that back. Just grooming Cheddar and accidentally bumped her nose with the brush.

Yup she is not a happy bunny tonight!

Ivy falls asleep when you groom her! She's such a soft lump.

Betsy yowls as if you were trying to murder her which is annoying as she is the long haired one.

1. rescued her new mouse friend at 1.00am and then locked her in the house overnight to give the mouse chance to make its getaway.
2. tried to change my bed while she was sleeping on it. I gave up and bed is now half made but she still had to glare at me.
3. fed her Tesco own brand food. Won’t make that mistake again!

Fed his sister first whilst he was gallivanting outside.

Wouldn't let him sit on my head at 5am.

I wouldn't let him sleep with his paw over my eye.

I let him in the kitchen as he was meowing at the back door. This was unacceptable and he cried to get out again straight away

I let Betsy out the kitchen door earlier... this was entirely unacceptable and she cried to come back in within about 6 seconds of me closing the door!

To be fair she is incredibly timid and doesn't really like the outdoors but I couldn't stand there in the doorway with me silly faulty legs for much longer!
