O is sulking because I removed him from his bush (I have to go to work)
He was flat out, legs stretched out, full on snoring amongst the rubbish and ants Hmm

We took a baby rat of asbo and it ran next door. We let asbo out and he’s tracked it so I put him out the front with a strict do not catch anything order and he’s gone round next door, caught it again and belted through our garden with it. Out his gate cat flap to god knows where.

I know it’s natural but it’s just not on. The poor thing was squeaking Sad

LanaorAna2 · 24/06/2018 20:35

Oh F. At least it will have a fast end. RIP. It's a lot better than ending up in an abattoir. It might have been ill as well, you never know.

Is asbo pleased with himself?

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/06/2018 20:58

I think we can safely say it was the most fun he’s had in ages & he’d do it again in a heartbeat.

He also managed to lacerate Dh several times in the tussle. See above.

LanaorAna2 · 24/06/2018 21:07

No gory pic of man's arm sticking out of rubbish bin!

Well, Roland Rat RIP died in a good cause then. Also DH wounded on duty. Like fighting Hitler in WW2. Well done both.

Weezol · 24/06/2018 22:35

Poor Ollie. He does have a hard life - no bush, no mama. I suppose he'll just have to go to sleep until normal service is resumed.

Ollivander84 · 24/06/2018 22:42

He has to hold his own tail instead of mamas finger Hmm

Another baby rat today. Died on the lawn. I think he’s found a nest.

LanaorAna2 · 25/06/2018 17:48

I thought ratlets were supposed to be brainy? Rat Mum isn't a MNetter is she.

Oh how sad F. With any luck the others will scarper. How is DH's missing arm.

LanaorAna2 · 25/06/2018 17:49

PS Well done asbo darling, he must be so proud of himself.

Fluffycloudland77 · 25/06/2018 18:56

He’s not ashamed. Or hungry.

LanaorAna2 · 25/06/2018 20:22

He's loving his dirty snack.

Ollivander84 · 25/06/2018 20:23

Just trudged around Morrisons and pets at home. Poor starving O is now well stocked with his kitten food which he's demolishing

Fine news O. My Amazon order has not turned up after a week as per.

You be the judge: I went to work today and as I arrived a woman said 'That dress is good. It makes you look soooo much thinner.

Than you are.'

I think the lady needs a private moment or two with asbo - aibu?

Weezol · 26/06/2018 00:34

Lanor Weezolcat may be useful as a second line of attack once Asbo is bored of her - she does as good line in being adorably cute upside down, but any person exceeding more than a randomly defined and ever changing limit of tummy tickles causes all four sets of claws to be deployed at lightning speed.

I'm sure your colleague will look just fab.

In top to toe Elastoplast.

LanaorAna2 · 26/06/2018 09:31

W I'm wailing with laffs Grin. Little tinker! Grin Grin

Not laffing about your mummification though - have you tried Fucidin antibiotic ointment. You have to get it from doc but it really speeds the healing up. I get it when Mr C kicks off. He hasn't sent me to A&E for ages, bless his little furry savage paws.

Gor, hot, innit. London is about 30 today, even now. Electric blue sky, ladies in lovely swingy floral dresses, park shimmering. Mr C sulking.

Ollivander84 · 26/06/2018 09:40

O is in his bush Hmm

OP posts:
Weezol · 26/06/2018 10:21

Weezolcat is not yet in her LCB (lightly chilled basket), but is very busy unhelping me as I need to leave the house in the next half hour.

Given that cats can bend time and space to their will, is it possible that O's foliage of choice is really a Magic Faraway Bush?

Ollivander84 · 26/06/2018 10:27

Possibly. He likes to lie stretched out, body in the shade and legs in the sun. Luckily nobody has moved into that house yet so I'm not having to have an awkward conversation about "please don't remove that bush from your garden" Grin

OP posts:
LanaorAna2 · 26/06/2018 11:06

Or the 'I'm sure I left 4 steaks on the barbecue' chat, always a good way for newcomers to introduce themselves Grin

Ollivander84 · 26/06/2018 11:31

Apparently he didn't mean turn the heat up THIS much Hmm

Mine have spent the day wandering from place to place. Windowsill by the open window (with flatcat of course). Wardrobe. Open french doors (netted). Windowsill again. Stretched out on the laminate flooring. Back in the wardrobe. I think one may be alternating between wardrobe & under the bed.

I too am wearing a swingy floral dress, but sadly stuck indoors slaving over a hot (literally!) PC working Sad

LanaorAna2 · 26/06/2018 19:20

I'm loving your outfit A, nothing like a good summer dress.

Nerves are frayed here - Mr C's relentless harrying in the kitchen, tripping, winding round legs etc., sent me headfirst into the oven. Having failed to cook me, he jumped up so many times I got muddled & plunged the electric whisk into a full sink, getting one hell of an electric shock.

On gin. Cat under sofa plotting next murder attempt.

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/06/2018 21:55

He’s getting good at this, will you make Christmas?.

LanaorAna2 · 26/06/2018 22:39

Only if I provide an M&S turkey.

Little fat nutter.
