help pregnant stray!

Please help guys. Yesterday a stray cat wondered in, she's very pregnant. Kitten movements are visible and I can feel them.
Had her checked by emergency vet this am, she is fine although a little skinny apart from huge belly.
I've put notice up and vet has details however have not put that she is pregnant as dp is worried someone may claim her just to sell kittens.
So, I have made a box for her which she is in. She's very friendly with me but not keen on dp.
What the hell do I do now?!

Mum appears to be sleeping but I'm sure I can feel another kitten inside bit no more contractions. Is this normal?

No idea if it's normal but how exciting!! Sorry about the one who didn't make it.

They are super cute, ones all black the other black and white. Dp really upset about the one we lost. Thank god she moved in!

So 3 in total 2 alive one dead. Mum is sleeping and kittens are feeding. I think I can feel another but have no idea what I'm doing. Vet said that some cats can interrupt their labour and go upto 24 hours before finishing so giving her some space for now. It should e more apparent when she gets up how big she still is

Oh goodness. Hopefully things go well, I have heard of them stopping and starting again later. At least she's in a safe place with you

She may just have 3 babies. Had to tell at moment but she is happy and eating and looking after her babies

They do look big kittens! She's so lucky to have found you, mummy is a beauty. She sounds too friendly to be a proper stray, I wonder if her previous owners booted her out when they realised she was pregnant.

Mum is doing really well but keeps trying to be with me rather than babies so I slept with my head under the wardrobe last night kittens doing well but one seems a bit thick. Can't find a nipple unless repeatedly poke his face on it! Hmm 4 cat household sounds frankly terrifying! I may as well quit work to become full time cat slave now
