I left some cardboard boxes - flattened ones - by the front door in case I can wheedle the recycling guys into taking them tomorrow. There are truly terrible noises now from that vicinity.

Allergic Grin
I've only left him for one night while I was in hospital. By the morning he was kissing the cats protection rehoming woman (she was looking after him) and head butting her until she text me "I can't leave him, he's adorable" Grin

Lanaorana2 · 07/02/2018 21:44

PB is having a moment - can you leave them there - might persuade the recycling men if you have 'helpfully' shredded them?

Lanaorana2 · 07/02/2018 21:49

Does PB like Feliway?

cozietoesie · 07/02/2018 21:59

He has a Feliway plug in next to his Number One LWT. It seems to help a lot.

And the Best Picture Oscar goes to...:)

Ollivander84 · 07/02/2018 22:34

The purring is slightly loud Grin might have to revise the soundtrack

YetAnotherSpartacus · 07/02/2018 22:51

Melts.

I am under the paw now. Physically pinned to the sofa with the odd claw to remind me of my place

cozietoesie · 07/02/2018 23:11

Where's the igloo when you need it? Grin

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 07/02/2018 23:15

Oh the igloo is old news when he's not been able to drool on me with his paw across my chest ALL DAY Grin

cozietoesie · 08/02/2018 00:15

We're at three mice. Smile

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 08/02/2018 00:16

Make that two. (I think one has just been taken down to the cardboard pile.)

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 08/02/2018 00:52

Yes - it had. I think that he's constitutionally incapable of going downstairs without picking up a mouse - if available - on the way. Grin

Ollivander84 · 08/02/2018 08:35

O is refusing to jump up to come in the window Confused
He will jump on the bed/sofa etc but sits outside trying to come in and can't/won't
Reckon it's worth mentioning to the vet when I go, or is he just being an idiot?

Lanaorana2 · 08/02/2018 10:57

I felt like starting.

It's looking really good, Lana. (Of course, I'm not a cat. Grin)

You can laugh C, and please do, but I used to publish craft and we always tested the 'makes'. 99 per cent of the testing was a waste of time as authors generally know their stuff but the scented candle book remains strong in my memory. I'm surprised we weren't all had up for being Isis members. Low flashpoint, who knew. Grin

Well, my product tester kipped all afternoon. Prototype 1A from artisanal start-up Mr C's Crap Crafts remains untouched. He's not getting his fares and lunch paid :)

I'm about to get started on another ground-breaking prototype - with any luck I can post tomorrow.

cozietoesie · 08/02/2018 18:49

I can see us all mumbling in years to come.......

'Ah Yes. I was there when Lana (of Mr C Industries) made those first biffers for PBoy..........'

Grin

Weezol · 08/02/2018 18:58

Ah, I remember Lana from way back - the days before Mr C Industries topped the FTSE most days. I heard she has three seperate helicopters now, one for morning, one for afternoon and one for evenings. They're different shades of brown but they all have red tail rotors...

cozietoesie · 08/02/2018 19:17

As they should. Grin
