That's loads but he needs it, he is fit as a fiddle and very active. Dreamies are only 2 cal each, he won't get much from them.

In the interests of honesty, I might suggest I would not take nutritional advice from me or Mr C. Mr C's views are not in line with conventional dietary guidance. I ate 3 twirls today by mistake.

cozietoesie · 23/02/2018 22:38

How can you eat even one Twirl .......by mistake?? Grin

They are delicious and on offer in co-op. They taste of the 90s.

LanaorAna2 · 23/02/2018 22:45

I was working and completely lost track of time and space, which happens when you finally fall through one of the invisible holes that open in paragraphs you've just written.

One hot summer's eve I lost 13 hours and 5 litres of mineral water - that wasn't good. 3am and I couldn't get up :)

Ollivander84 · 24/02/2018 01:25

I love twirls. They're a proper hit of chocolate. I had bolognese pizza for tea, Ollie sniffed it and huffed in disgust

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 10:21

That's exactly it, O. The hit.

Had a nightmare last night. Woke up shouting and flailing, without the faintest idea where I was or who etc., instinctively reached out towards Mr C and immediately felt better. He kipped through the whole thing but let me put my fingers on his tummy to go back to sleep.

Funny, when he used to have nightmares I did the same for him, I used to hold him for 45 min till he dropped off.

Ollivander84 · 24/02/2018 11:18

O has just woken up, stretched and trotted off down the garden
"Tired momma. Nap naps on trampoline time" ConfusedHmm

Ollivander84 · 24/02/2018 11:41

And he has the cheek to want the door opening because "I can't jump momma"
Shock

Grin Animals have a lot to teach us when it comes to the dark arts of deception and subterfuge. Olli should run MI5.

He probably is.

Ollivander84 · 24/02/2018 15:31

He refused point blank to come in the window and crept in behind my neighbours when they opened the door
I heard a lot of "who's is this cat? Is it ollivanders? Best knock on and ask"
Hmm

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 16:26

Funtimez for a sunny Saturday Grin

Ollivander84 · 24/02/2018 16:31

I told cats protection who sent a text back saying "what have I told you about neglecting that poor cat? You must lower the window immediately or build the prince a staircase" Grin

Allergictoironing · 24/02/2018 17:10

A neighbours cat tends to go travelling from their back garden via her next door fence. Unfortunately next door is further down the hill plus neighbour has raised beds, so though the cat can easily get OUT of her garden that way, being a little overweight (and lazy) he can't get back IN over the fence.

She keeps a step ladder in her back garden, and when she hears his calling she has to go out & lift the ladder over the fence so he can climb it to get back in. Nothing to stop him going round the front of the houses, and he often does, but prefers to cry pathetically at the back fence.

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 17:16

That cat should run the NHS or something Grin

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/02/2018 18:03

YouTube “Rachel & June adventures” we found a cat.

It’s asbo’s brother from another mother. Same miaow & determined spirit.

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/02/2018 18:10

Sorry, look at worlds most annoying cat. The first ones him when he’s all poorly

cozietoesie · 24/02/2018 18:39

PB is currently in LWT 2, grooming. Shock

cozietoesie · 24/02/2018 18:43

I'm pretending not to notice. Grin

URL or it didn't happen. I can't find it.

Grooming is a nice way to spend a peaceful warm pm - are you freezing?

cozietoesie · 24/02/2018 18:52

The house isn't so warm. His LWT is of course, luxuriously cozy. Smile

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/02/2018 18:54
Hopefully this will work. He has the can do spirit that drives the owner to drink.

Asbo likes his bed on our bed, that’s why I suggested it.

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 19:06

Shit. Little Poki ain't 6kg either.

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/02/2018 19:12

Asbo took kickboards off our kitchen units that Dh couldn’t get off. Persitance pays off and he knows it. We’ve watched that with tears streaming down our faces.

Dh said the modifications you make to the bin are the gateway to realising you are totally fucked & the cat is always going to win.

It’s like having your own furry little demon, always watching, always waiting. I up-cycled two pairs of shoes today with a Bengal 6 inches away at all times. I bet jimmy choo doesn’t have to put up with that.

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 19:24

He's double-jointed too.

There's nothing you can do.

The universe had a good laff with you, didn't it.

LanaorAna2 · 24/02/2018 19:28

This might not be exactly the most tactful thing to say, but that VT made me howl with love and admiration Grin in another time asbo would be called Churchillian.
