Come one, come all, what's your cat up to today?

Mine are pleased that I'm home in time for the end of Pointless. Unfortunately they hate Pointless and would rather sit outside in the rain glowering in at me.

I’m going for a posh cocktail tonight which I think will help things

Myrtle and Dodger my ferals are enjoying the mild weather. Blinking Dolly better get herself home all. Or I won’t beable to go out!!

We went out for a "beer" (NB I do not recommend the Innis and Gunn non alcoholic beer) this evening and they were in a right huff when we got back. Freya is currently outside refusing to come in but staring accusingly in the kitchen window

4 weeks in kitten progress update.
Basil has rediscovered his inner kitten and regularly plays with Karl and Lenny (and their wand toy).
Even Sybil is (very slowly) improving with a few nose to kitten nose contacts. - photo shows her not growling or hissing when the kittens were nearby.

Caught this one getting full on belly rubs from a complete stranger today. I feel betrayed. I thought I was her one and only

Friends visited with their baby and toddler. Dcat looked rather startled at small humans in his house, but coped very well. Out of the blue half an hour later toddler burst into tears “because the pussy cat looked at meeeee!” 😂

Mine's been in a strop with me since Sunday, she normally doesn't mind me being away but I was out all day and got screamed at quite ferociously when I returned.

She's indignantly clawing at my suitcase at intervals and on hunger strike. I'll have to take action this evening if she doesn't perk up a bit.

How is everyone's furry masters getting on in the heat? Ours have taken to sleeping in the slightly cooler loft and shedding at an exponential rate.

caoraich, oh yes, she'd love that. She adores the heat and plants herself in the warmest room in the house. Other girl normally prefers the shade.
