Realised I filled up the last thread with inanity!

Come one, come all, what's your cat up to today?

Mine are pleased that I'm home in time for the end of Pointless. Unfortunately they hate Pointless and would rather sit outside in the rain glowering in at me.

SisterCat was giving me the benefit of her affections from about 6 am - mainly pushing her nose into my face, as hard as she can, interspersed with the odd nip on the nose and dribbling into my mouth! (Ewwwww)
Eventually, thank goodness, she climbed under the duvet to lie in the crook of my arm and for only the 3rd time in 2 years, audibly purred! It was still a broken purring and lasted for 30 seconds, but its lovely from a cat with no voice!

Thanks folks! It is indeed the first.... I had visions of feeling all glowy and beautiful and running barefoot through fields of flowers, rather than becoming intimately acquainted with my toilet bowl, but hey ho - I am clinging to hope that it gets better after 12 weeks!

Checklist that sounds lovely!! (except the dribbling!!) It's so nice when they get all cosy like that. Ours are currently investigating the chimney. They clearly saw me changing the white bedsheets this morning....

Mine presented me with a very stinky excretion today instead of a Mother's day card (it had me wishing I had a clothes peg for my nose), and is currently having a stare off with me until I accompany her to her food bowl so it magically refills. Again.

Coincidentally, when I was making the bed, which has a white duvet, I noticed a trail of muddy paw prints across it! It must have been BrotherCat, as Sister only goes out for about one minute in 24 hours!

Had a lovely dose of poo trews to clean today . I managed to do a little trim at the same time. I trimmed her ruff recently and the poor thing looks like a real rag bag now.

She saw Peig the shop cat walking by and wanted to say hello. Sadly, Peig only has time for her cat slave.

Was awoken at 5am by her being stuck, she was panting and freaking out so when helping her my arms got very shredded! She seems to have forgotten all of this though

Ernie has been out running in the snow. He seems to be taking it in his stride now.

I still cut him a path to his loo's

The litter tray got the full monty today, emptying, washing, fresh paper and litter.

I can just hear (and smell) her using it. Actually I have to look into those hooded ones

Mine had a visitor today. The little mother from one of my neighbours hid love her. There are six kittens in that flat and a wee mum who seems to spend half her life locked outside.

Mine were impressed but they didn’t chase her off.

Weren’t impressed! Very curious and were gobsmacked when she cleared their bowls!

Maisie cannot get close enough to me today. It's like I'm made of dreamies. OH is away and I woke up with a very hot slightly vibrating leg. She had gone UNDER the covers!
They were not impressed that all the blankets and duvets have been washed today and are now busily rubbing themselves on it all

I couldn’t not let her in I figured she can eat and have a snooze. She’s had five packets of food I feel so sorry for her. She’s not in a rush to get back to her babies
