Realised I filled up the last thread with inanity!

Come one, come all, what's your cat up to today?

Mine are pleased that I'm home in time for the end of Pointless. Unfortunately they hate Pointless and would rather sit outside in the rain glowering in at me.

Freya would make a great astronaut.

I seem to have run out of spiders since my pair adopted me. Used to have to get rid of loads of cobwebs on a regular basis - not any more. I sort of miss them though, they kept house clear of little insects.

Allergic I guess they are housekeepers in that sense. My Dad loved spiders, he would be so disappointed that I've retained my lifelong arachnophobia.

But they scuttle everywhere and give me a fright, they seem to be attracted to me.

It reminds me of that character from Douglas Adams' books, the lorry driver, who was a rain god (without knowing it) and the clouds followed him around to cherish, nurture and rain on him. He was just pissed off it was raining all the time.

I was at my store last week when resident (very friendly) cat decided to get into my car and sit on the dashboard for attention. I really struggle not to catnap her...

I moved an old table of mine downstairs to be repaired but cat took a shine to it so I threw a duvet cover over it to protect from little claws.

She's just thrown up all over it. I'm really stressed out and having a cigarette in my bedroom, I'll deal with her regurgitated catfood shortly

So back to the store yesterday and resident cat still loves my car. Curled up for several hours.

Sadly she does have an owner. She's just behaving like a typical cat and being a complete tart. She is a real sweetie though.

Mine was helping sort the nursery out today..... She was being a pain so I stuck her in a baby grow I was getting rid of. She sulked away and then came back delighted that she'd gotten out of it herself!

My new landlady is bonkers about cats, the agents said today she wants to meet me as soon as possible, but she doesn't want me, she wants to meet the cat!

This was Ernie a few moments ago in his window bed. I don't think he was impresses I didnt get up till to let him in. He had done his 6.15 when Dad gets home, wander outside but wanted out again and softy Dad thought ti was too cold and wouldn't let him probably as he knows I have form for a Sunday morning lie in. Ern obviously talked DS into letting him out..
