Can't you buy a quiet ball? (Maybe one of those with flashing lights when it moves.)

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 17:00

I have one. He won't touch it Hmm
Only the jingle one is approved, even the rattling one is "rubbish momma, no like"

cozietoesie · 25/09/2017 17:16

Ah. Well - he's the one who plays with it after all! Grin

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 17:19

He gave up after a bit and came and cuddled under my chin

Lanaorana2 · 25/09/2017 18:17

He is such a cuteheart. Hope you got some sleep with your new fashionable facial fur....

How is Newboy?

At the moment - stuffing his face. Grin

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 18:23

What is the king dining on today?

cozietoesie · 25/09/2017 18:28

He's back on the Country Hunter for his tea. Smile

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 18:29

I've given Ollie some Lily's kitchen today which got a chirrup. Might get some more if it's still on offer at the shop Grin otherwise he's back to natures menu

Lanaorana2 · 25/09/2017 18:34

I'm trying to get a special offer at the printer that we can all cash in on. All the industrial printers have printed 2018 ages ago, so we'll see if there's a deal I can nip in on for their paper overruns.

I thought it would be cheaper to send a trade printer a prp (a done calendar, ready to print, which I can make myself thanks to my skillz) but actually some of the high street ones are so cheap it might be more straightforward to snapfish.

Whatever we do, it's print on demand I think, which makes ordering it and sending it out fast.

I keep thinking oh we want about 25 and then realising I mean 25 and not 25,000. :) Print on demand is looking like it will save us all.

Is the head honcho a cat person? Offer them Mr/Ms August! Grin

cozietoesie · 25/09/2017 19:49

Sorry. I meant 'offer them the spot'. (Not the cat!Grin)

Lanaorana2 · 25/09/2017 20:41

Did you just suggest I sell Mr C to reduce costs? C, you're a media natural. Grin

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 21:13

Did you ever know a cat, Lana, who didn't head to your most expensive - and difficult to clean - possession to upchuck? Grin

Lanaorana2 · 25/09/2017 22:21

Light has dawned :)

Unless you're Ollie who chooses mid motorway drive and covers himself, his crate, the car and me. And then takes one look at the vet who nicely cleans him up and deliberately aims at the nice vet BlushBlush

Allergictoironing · 25/09/2017 23:03

BBoycats does it wherever he happens to be when the mood strikes him - usually in the middle of the living room which luckily has laminated flooring. Girlcat tends to sneak off behind something like the sofa, so I find the dessicated remains days later.

Lanaorana2 · 26/09/2017 09:28

O Grin Grin Grin

Mr C catches my eye with a filthy look, and throws up with extra echo on the sound effects - keeping some in reserve for the hall so I skid on it in the night.

If his menu choices haven't been the Trip Advisor 5-star standard, he eats grass deliberately at 5am and settles back down for a nap on the pillow. By 645 am he is retching at 140 decibels on my head.

I saw that too Ollivander. It's so true isn't it? PicklePig chooses the only rug on the otherwise completely hard floored downstairs to puke copiously on.
Last week I made the bed up with clean linen, using my lovely winter duvet that I had to send DH into the loft for. I went off to have my operation knowing that there'd be a lovely warm, snuggle, clean bed waiting for me when I got home.
Except PicklePig decided to do a lovely watery puke right in the middle of it. Which soaked through the duvet cover, duvet, sheet and matters cover.
DH had to change the bed and I had to throw my lovely, expensive duvet away!
Good job we love them isn't it?
