Well, we went to pick Ernie up and as we pulled up OH said he wondered if Ern would hear the car (it's quite distinctive and Ern runs when ever he hears it). OH did take his time reversing once or twice. We were early o popped round the side, to see Ern sitting in his window, though by the time we got into the cattery he had gone in his basket.
He did come running to me but shot a look to the guy running the place, though he is very wary of men so not unusual. Since he has been home he has been very, very attentive and keeps running to find us...I got woken at 3.30am by him touching my elbow and hand so I had to do his head rubbing thing, and I got pawed each time I stopped..He is currently being very loving
We had originally decided to keep him in for a few days but he was desperate to go out and sniffing under the door and doing his excited mouth open thing, so we let him out watching him. He did scarper over the fence, the first time I had actually caught him and he was quite graceful...(he has an injury to his leg).
Anyway we have decided that as he now can escape when he wants and is coming back, we're going to make it easier...so he has an Ernie hole in the temporary fencing which has been shortened.
Ern arriving home...DS bribing with Lick-e-lix and his fence hole. He
