bogburgler he is now officially a pedigree Faux Siberian ( very proud of my designer cat) !

Lanaorana2 · 14/05/2017 12:47

Olli have you got one of those grabbers on a stick they sell in OAP shops/ebay? As gadgets go, better than the internet. You poor love.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 14/05/2017 13:05

Would Olliecat be willing to be fed on a raised surface

You mean like on the dining table with his own placemat, silver cutlery, bone china antique bowl, cat wine (look it up), vase of catnip and butler service? I'm sure he could be persuaded.

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 13:20

Grin I can't have wine, he's not having sodding cat wine!!!
No grabber but it's probably better because I'm allowed to squat down or kneel down and my leg has been so weak for ages it feels stronger doing that
He gets vertigo on a cat tree so I suspect I couldn't raise it up much (he cried after the first step of the tree and I had to rescue him) Hmm

Oh you can kneel. Well that's alright then. I'm sure that fresh tuna / salmon / chicken breast will make up for the inability to prostrate yourself in adoration at this point.

Weedsnseeds1 · 14/05/2017 15:06

I'm sure kneeling before him will be acceptable in the short term ollivander

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 15:23

Yet GrinGrin
He charmed the cat sitter completely, I got a text saying "tell him I love him"

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 14/05/2017 15:30

Ah. But did he like the sitter? Wink

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 15:33

I got another message saying he gave her 100 kisses and blinked and purred and how could anyone ever leave him Grin
He seemed very happy!

cozietoesie · 14/05/2017 15:57

With a Siamese, that would be considered 'flirting'. Grin It would mean that he didn't .......actively dislike her. It's not the same as your own person though. Smile

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 16:10

Air ambulance has just landed outside my house. Ollies face! He's like ShockShockShockShock at the sky
Yes, generally he sees another human and runs away Grin

cozietoesie · 14/05/2017 16:16

Not for you, I trust? Smile

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 16:19

Mines a minor scratch! No, definitely not for me

cozietoesie · 14/05/2017 16:20

Seniorboy used to flirt quite wildly with the vet. Old curmudgeon that he was, it was all Kissy-kissy...Look noble......Kissy-kissy.....Look Noble and so on and so on. Almost embarrassing. Grin

He was always relieved to get home though.Wink

Ollivander84 · 14/05/2017 16:23

Ollie spits at the vet Blush
Stable cat just savaged them all and it ended with the vet sticking the nurse with a needle

Oh olli poor you! DP found those grabber things v helpful when he put his back out (though he grumbled about looking like a pensioner!)

4cats they're lovely, so cute all cosied up together!

Freya and Maisie have been following me about since first thing, tried and failed to get into a packet of dreamies and are now snoozing in sync. So glad they're getting along OK! (Excuse the messy house...)

Since the arrival of our new motorbike, Marshall has taken up residence on it and I have to go out into the road and remove him from it at night to come in. Last night I was trying to get him in and turned round to find Coco and Bella had escaped behind me. I was 'cat herding' for half an hour in the end. Silver was out the back and sat under the bench looking a bit morose. So I made a coffee and sat out there with her until she felt able to come home again. :o

Today all cats have mostly been sunbathing. This is Coco caught mid yawn lying in a sun beam. That tummy cannot be touched no matter how inviting it is!

cozietoesie · 14/05/2017 18:25

Try talking to her - for a bit - first. Smile

ElizaDontlittle · 14/05/2017 20:12

Sunbathing here too!
And generally being pretty grumpy after it was wormer spot on day today and so she's tried to bite me twice since - she (almost) never bites. I have had a bit of a snuggle and a nose rub in between but it's been rather grumpily demanded.

Love that Maisie and Freya are hunting in a pack - even if they are only hunting dreamies!
