I do. Every night. And he still asks GrinGrin
Apparently "all MA mates are playing out"

How's the back doing? Smile

cozietoesie · 20/05/2017 23:36

There you go. Just keep on saying it. I wonder why he thinks you don't mean it? Wink

Ollivander84 · 20/05/2017 23:38

I get a grumble and he goes to shout at himself in the mirror Confused
Sore, but I was woken at 5am by something bad cat kneading my stitches. Which possibly is why!

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 20/05/2017 23:41

That's fine. (The grumbling.) He'll learn.

Sorry to hear about the stitches. Hope it wasn't too sore. Smile

Ollivander84 · 20/05/2017 23:42

I'm weirdly used to it by now. He does keep climbing on my hip and I shove him off because he's too heavy at the minute. Doesn't stop him trying and then howling about it bloody bonded cats

cozietoesie · 20/05/2017 23:44

Anticipate the action, woman! Stop them before they start on something. Grin

Ollivander84 · 20/05/2017 23:53

Oh I anticipate Grin I get a raised paw sneaking towards my hip and he gets shoved off repeatedly. He usually settles for having his head on my arm and his paw clutching my finger Blush

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 20/05/2017 23:58

As I suspected. Under the paw! Grin

Ollivander84 · 21/05/2017 00:02

I admit it Grin to be fair the rehoming woman at CPL has met him exactly twice (the second being when she was cat sitter for him) and she messaged me saying "how could you ever leave him, I love him tell him"Grin

Sunbathing. And making sure he's covered in bits, so he can have a good brush later!

YetAnotherSpartacus · 21/05/2017 15:36

OMG that tufted belly!!!

HemanOrSheRa · 21/05/2017 15:42

Eek! I'd be blowing raspberries on that floofy belly Weeds Smile.

Weedsnseeds1 · 21/05/2017 15:56

He's quite happy to let you stick your face right in it, without risk of loosing an eye!

Kokusai · 21/05/2017 15:59

Just enjoying the sunshine. And bird watching.

Can I join in? My little fur bubs moved in 2 weeks ago and they're growing so fast! Here they are having a cuddle - they're usually either doing this or terrorising each other! That's Minnie on the left and Rory on the right

moo they are adorable! How old are they? Love the names too Smile

Today Maisie has been "helping" me with the Ritual Sunday in Spring haul from Ikea.

Now she and Freya are waiting for the Man-Human to come home with Dreamies. I am a terrible slave and didn't realise we'd run out.

I've been looking forward to joining in here once we got a cat...and our beautiful 8-month old rescue cat, Dory (so-named by the kids, because she has found her family), arrived yesterday. My DH, who was against getting a cat, slept downstairs with her last night 'so she wasn't on her own'. Dory has spent all day in DSD (12)'s bedroom, and as she seems happy there we've put her food and litter tray there for now as well. She lies on the bed with DSD, but as soon as anyone else goes in, it's back under the bed. Fortunately the younger kids all seem to have forgotten about her, so they're leaving her in peace to settle in.

Ollie is snoozing after his "important cat FINGS"
I spied on this important cat stuff and it seems to involve gallivanting down the road to a scrap piece of land filled with weeds, bushes and probably mice

Photo, motion !!

Soubriquet · 21/05/2017 17:23

I feel like the worst cat slave ever

Tootsie will not come in. Even for food and water.

We have an outhouse and a garage outside that she's been taking refuge in when it's cold and wet

Today I've moved her biscuits, water, littertray and bed to the outhouse. I fed her in there tonight and the food was gone in a flash so she was obviously hungry

I've tried bringing her in at night to eat but she just yowls at the door and Windows and flinches at every sound

She is miserable inside

Want2beme · 21/05/2017 17:40

Weeds today I've found plenty of dried up leaves on my big girl. She's now getting ready for a pre-night nap.

That's one fabulous tum on your little one.

I miss having a floofy cat. My old girl was so floofy and had an amazing tail. I bet Mr P's tummy smells delicious!

Is it the puppy Soubriquet? Or just the time of year? My girl cat will NOT stay in during the warm weather. Even if it's raining she will sit on her throne in the porch.
