My two have spent a lot of time outside over the last few days as the weather has been fab. They are both in now and have stolen a couple of dining chairs. They have been going over the fences and Dusty especially has been going much further than the neighbours garden. Has made it back safely each time so far thank goodness

She's has a busy day outside. My lively next door neighbour, who's boy is about twice the size of crazycat, commented he'd noticed I'd been letting her out "not lacking in confidence, that one" Grin errm, no she certainly isn't. And I think the blackbirds have fledged whilst I was away. Hurrah!

prettybird · 08/05/2017 20:46

The kittens are loving being allowed outside - chasing flies and bees Hmm with some spectacular 4 legged standing start jumps not all of them elegant

We consciously left the cat flap open last night but we don't think they went out.

Our downstairs neighbour says it's lovely to see white cats prowling the garden again (old girl cat doesn't go out much although she does love sunning herself in the flat roof) - but that they're going to get a shock when the weather turns! Shock

They've already learnt to monopolise the comfortable chairs with the cushions on the patio Grin

It's our lucky day - another honoured recipient of the Look of Love here, thanks to 15p corned beef in M&S. Mindful of His Kidneys, Mr C's only had a touch but it's been enough for hours of purry snoring.

One of my fave things is when I put my hand on Mr C while he is kipping, and get a grunty purr from the depths of his furry subconscious in absent-minded, but polite, response.

He is being adorable - I've a lovely day but am now sitting on red towels thanks to, er, lady symptoms and he's wedged to my side like the perfect gent.

caoraich · 09/05/2017 07:07

Freya and Maisie seem to have started a book group. I'm not entirely sure if I'm invited.

Being a fabulous poser in her kitty house.

Any one else who attempts to sit on this chair will be met with great displeasure. They can borrow it he's out.

cozietoesie · 09/05/2017 16:06

Well just so, yellow. If he chooses to use it, it's his chair. Smile

MCat getting his daily gazing session in too, and trying to climb on my lap. Which never ends well because he gets too relaxed, freaks out then strikes with his fangs. So we've compromised on a proprietary paw stretched across me instead.

Little M curled up, prawn shaped, on his radiator bed.

Hmm, MCat sneakily moving a millimetre at a time onto my lap. We have 2 legs and a head now...

Ollivander84 · 09/05/2017 17:04

Ollie caught me once with his claw then hid for about 4hrs Grin I don't think he would use his fang if he tried

Munchkin is lovely!

Freya is sleepy too - maisie has finally decided to leave her alone and go and perv on the Man Human in the shower instead

Wonderful tail. Smile Fuller at the tip than I'm used to - but all good.

ElizaDontlittle · 09/05/2017 20:49

Surely Maisie hasn't been making Freya read to her All Day Long?!

Lanaorana2 · 09/05/2017 21:19

Mcat keeping you alert eh M? Tiny Little M still snuggling?

Red-letter day here. Mr C is upside down next to me, offering The Chosen and Honoured One access to The Auspicious Tranquillity and Softness of The Celestial Cloudbelly.

I was watching telly and rather than tummyrub, absent-mindedly tickled the insides of his furry thighs, which are sticking up at right angles - a feat of reckless daring, never-before attempted in the history of petcare. Only to be attempted by the brave/distracted etc.

He looked surprised. I looked down, thinking shit that's my right hand about to be torn off. He did a massive purr! Wanted more!

Bogburglar75 · 09/05/2017 21:59

Forgetting that the last time he walked through the banisters it didn't end terribly well ...

cozietoesie · 09/05/2017 22:05

One afternoon, I threw a ball of scrunched up paper for Oneago. Unfortunately my aim was lousy Blush and it went through the banisters. He went straight after it while I yelped despairingly.

He was fine! (If a little puzzled at suddenly finding himself in mid air - and then on the lower stairs. Grin)

Ollivander84 · 09/05/2017 22:11

I've just had to rescue Ollie as he suddenly "forgot" how to get in the window ConfusedHmm
He seems a bit snotty today, possibly a touch of his cat flu

OP posts:
Bogburglar75 · 09/05/2017 22:14

I'm sure he would be - when he was a kitten I had that plastic toddler proof sheeting over the banisters Blush

The one time he has walked through to date, he did some sort of amazing twist and leap in mid air, and ended up hanging from the landing trying to claw his way back up. Which he managed once I worked out which end to shove!

cozietoesie · 09/05/2017 22:34

Has Ollie sneezed at all?

Ollivander84 · 09/05/2017 22:40

Not really. More of his "disapproving huff" through his nose. Hard to describe! When he does it, he just sounds a tiny bit snotty and he's done it more than normal
He could just be annoyed at me Grin

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 09/05/2017 22:43

Better description - like someone sniffing when they have a cold Grin
