like MCat does to me.
cozietoesie · 30/04/2017 21:17

It's just that, many years ago, I had an acquaintance who was a taxidermist. (He used to have some fascinating supper parties!) Most of his work came from museums but he would generally oblige with pet animals - and there was this local pub owner who had a pet snake. (Who lived in her bar, if I recall.)

I think it was a python. Grin

Her Royal Catness looking most aggrieved that we arrived home late to serve her dinner

You straight up jacked Mantra. Check your dizzionary. Grin. Wa'gwan?

HemanOrSheRa · 30/04/2017 22:13

Sorry BlushGrin. Got carried away with Bank Holiday Fever!

Lanaorana2 · 30/04/2017 22:13

Sid is sadly only skin. Boy, he could keep Hermes going for decades, he's bigger than two tall men end to end.

Don't be shy C I just know who the snake really wants to live with....did you eat dinner by candlelight with glinting glass eyes flashing through the gloom? Sinister! Ewww!!

Lanaorana2 · 30/04/2017 22:16

M I'm in love with a new song :)

RubbishMantra · 30/04/2017 22:27

Brilliant ain't it! Schwiiing! And obv the words straight out the Dicshinizzle. And so much better than the wanky original.

Lanaorana2 · 30/04/2017 22:31

Ham Sandwich! earworm now. :) Now I know what MCat is going through :)

Must go to bed, I've got two pills to get down Mr C in 100 easy steps. Each. Need duvet and chews as lure.

RubbishMantra · 30/04/2017 22:47

Have a good sleep my Lanashanizzle. And no nightmares about Snoop Dogg with his Croc-skin slip-on loafers being all pervy. And watching you. Through binoculars as you sleep...

You could make pointy slip on shoes from your snakeskin though. Sort of like the girl who had to spin straw into gold, for Rumplestiltskin.

Ollivander84 · 30/04/2017 22:49

Ollie would be all "one pound? That's one whole HOUR OF SNUGGLES. You cuddle me now"
Stable cat < pins you by the throat and produces knife with her thumbs >

Yeah, I'll take Ollie Grin

Haha SheRa. I have a talent for finding "unusual" music!

Bogburglar75 · 30/04/2017 23:24

I bet preteen DS would give Sid a home. Might be problematic though as Bogbastard has form for mistaking his own wet tail for a snake and attacking it with primeval ferocity. God knows what he'd do to Sid!

He has of course been royally spoilt by Ms Pet Sitter, but still very pleased to see us. And suggesting forcefully that triple rations are now in order Grin

Oldraver · 01/05/2017 00:07

Being spoilt by DS1...

You do Mantra. Sex Dwarf by Soft Cell was EPIC Grin.

I am pondering over getting a water filter doodad. For no other reason than that it looks cute. I am certain that only the dog will drink out of it.

I'm sure Lana will chop Sid in half for us Bog so our DS's can share Grin.

I know this is the Litter Tray but after much Singing and Rapping, I am left with this face Smile. (And it's stopped raining so kitties have gone out for wees).

The upstairs cat brought me the gift of a butterfly today. I thanked her nicely, but informed her that we couldn't keep it, and then I released it. She was fine about it & seemed very pleased with herself. She's now resting in the sunshine. Hunting helpless creatures is very hard work, indeed.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 01/05/2017 12:49

^ have you seen the Simon's Cat episode with the butterflies?

Want2beme · 01/05/2017 13:40

No, haven't seen that Simon's cat one. Will take a look!

YetAnotherSpartacus · 01/05/2017 14:06

It's a Valentine's day one - last year or the year before I think. :)

cozietoesie · 01/05/2017 14:11
Smile
YetAnotherSpartacus · 01/05/2017 14:13

yep. that's the one :)

Gatekeeper · 01/05/2017 14:19

this is the latest in a long line of strays coming into our garden...seem to be descendants of the barn cats from the old farm that used to be at the end of our lane. His name is Haggis and he will be getting his pompoms off very soon. He's spent the day wriggling around in the dust and being extremely subservient to our lad Sherlock

Bogburglar75 · 01/05/2017 14:31

He looks like a huge bruiser of a farm cat! Very handsome. Have you spent some time enticing him? My parents have a family of ginger strays/ farm dynasty, one of whom has now moved in (and apparently, despite a feral early life, has decided that Outside is for losers!)

I wonder if Bogbastard was making a point last night ...

Gatekeeper - what will you do with him? I hate to see such a gorgeous boy live as a stray. He needs a slave and warm bed...:(
