MKitten always follows me into the bathroom, then does this upright, demented digging thing on the side of the bath. In a dog like fashion. Then puts his paws on the loo seat in order to inspect what's going to be flushed away Confused

Might be a breed thing, because I've seen a lot of youtube clips of other Devons doing the same thing on vertical surfaces.

This cat has an obsession with the roof space, which is a storage area. He hid in there for hours this morning, after opening the front door but not actually going out of it. I went and looked around the whole neighbourhood and startled old ladies by appearing unexpectedly in their gardens. Came back and he popped out as if to say "Oh, did I miss anything??"

DH blocked off the entrance because he's due to be picked up tomorrow, but made the mistake of doing it with a cardboard box. So cat has chewed a hole in it and burrowed in anyway.

My cat bites my ankles while I am peeing. A quick pee takes away feeding time apparently.

4 of my Maine Coones follow Dp everywhere , even when he leaves the house they try & follow him to work so he spends a good ten minutes every morning putting them all back in the house before legging it so they don't follow.

Also every time he goes to the corner shop which is about ten mins away they are always waiting outside when he comes out Grin
My female cat brings me a frog once a week , they are never alive .
Dps cat thinks he is a baby and gets him to rock him to sleep and holds him like a baby - he is 18 months old and a bloody huge Maine Coone

He usually sleeps with one eye open.

Always the right one.

Weirdo.

This will seriously out me because it amazes and disgusts everyone who knows and has seen it ... My poor DataCat is currently in hospital with a fractured pelvis because some knobhead ran him over but when he's at home ... he sits on my shoulder and suckles my earlobes. For hours. Whilst purring, and kneading until he falls asleep. He checks every visitors ears, turns his head away as though disgusted and buggers off.
He sits in my knickers when I pee.
Follows me everywhere.
Both DataCat and ConeKitty sleep on my feet together and get very irritated if I move.

My old cat used to follow the postman and pick up the rubber bands he dropped.

He brought them in four or five at a time through the cat flap.

A feline eco-warrior.

He also had to watch every loo flush whether it was a poo or wee.

One of my cats is obsessed by plasters!! If she even gets a whiff of one that is stuck on your finger (often by an injury caused by her!) she will do her best to get if off you. My DD fails miserably to put any used plasters in the bin and my cat will find them no matter how well hidden!

Once I forgot to put the box away, went to work and found her covered in plasters and doing that odd paw flick thing trying to get it off!! Nearly cost me a vet bill as trying to get them off her fur was interesting to say the least!
