Is my dog…..

please can I see some other best dogs in the world? These are horrible times and dogs are better than most humans and they cheer me up.

about my dog:

favourite food: steak
favourite activity: chasing the ball or frisbee into a loch/ the sea / a puddle
favourite human : me (he’s my shadow)

We received his paw prints from the vet today. 💔 Not sure why there were only 3 of them or if that's normal? He definitely had 4 legs. 🙈Three of us went to the vet but we're a family of 4 so DH thought it was maybe one each and they didn't know about DD who stayed at home with the other dogs.

This is my big boy Lord Tassle.

His favourite past time is snoozing on the settee with his favourite cushion.
When his Lordship isn't sleeping, he is usually undertaking the oh so difficult task of eating.
His specilizes in things humans throw away. He calls this beeing environmentally conscious something.

This is the best dog in the world! Our Ruby Doo.

Sadly, she died on the 28th June aged 15 & those 15 years were the absolute best!

She was loyal, brave and a real family dog!
She loved walks, chasing squirrels, chicken & raw carrots.

My children grew up with her & we have all cried so so much since she died.

We are looking to get another dog in the next few months as the house is so quiet & we have so much love to give! We miss our Ruby 😢

I have three, all rescues. I adore them, they are all Best Dog, lol. Having a shit time at work at the moment, and they are cheering me up. Pic is of my youngest and most daft, having a quiet moment.
fave food: pretty much anything

This is Luna - she is a 10 year old yellow lab
Favourite food - Lamb
Favourite game - swimming to retrieve the ball, then dabbling the ball around in the lake (looks a bit like apple bobbing!)
Favourite human - DS (he's 16 and largely ignores her but she adores him and does everything he says!).

favourite food: sharing marmite on toast for breakfast
favourite activity: swimming and diving - with a ball of course
favourite human : I want to say me but she loves a cuddle with my DH (traitor)

I asked ds9 which was his favourite.. He said he loved them both the same. If both wanted to sit with him he would squash along to fit both of them on...
They used to enjoy bedtime stories every night when ds was small.
They have a bed each but prefer to share..

My lovely boy. He is an absolute delight and makes every day better.

Favourite food: cheese (or sausage or ham or just about anything)
Favourite activity: swimming, also loves running on the beach and chasing a ball
Favourite human: probably me, though he loves everyone in the family

Here are my two best girls.
1st is a rescue- aged around 4/5. We rescued her as I bought one of her puppies (second pic, she is 3) and reported the breeder who was absolutely hideous. Kept in touch with the lovely man from the council Animal Welfare team who were trying to gather evidence enough to seize the breeders dogs and shut them down. A year later they did and he called and offered her to me as a foster (massive failed foster parents here as we decided to keep her on day 1!)

Both beautiful and amazing in their own ways but very different characters. I love them so much it hurts! Off for 6 weeks holidays at the moment and enjoying just being with them 24/7. Dogs are the best, and everyone who says they have the best dog in the world is right! ♥️

Favourite food - anything she can steal ( pic is the after effects of an unscheduled vet visit after she swallowed a lamb bone whole )

favourite activity - stealing . And running . And rolling in anything she can find . If she can do all three in the same activity she’s in heaven

Favourite person . Me . She’s a mama’s girl unless she’s asleep with my youngest son. Then I leave her be , because she’s very protective .

My dog is also the best dog in the world and is also, coincidentally a Collie. He's an old man now though

Your dog is a beauty! He looks so much like one which excitedly came over to meet my two Border Collies back in June on the beach in Porthmadog - his poor owner was so polite and I was just delighted as I'd been watching him and wanted an excuse to say hello :D
