Should I reopen the happy place cafe?

I'm often awake in the night, today was a lie in for me, only properly awake since 4am.

In lockdown I opened, 'the happy place café where I would make virtual breakfasts and people would come to chat.

When it was last opened my French pastry chef Florence had married Fernando the cocktail waiter.

The kitten bees are inside because it is too old but the bumble cats are in the garden as usual.

SO should I reopen or was just something for lockdown?

Hullo. I couldn't sleep and I saw this cute lil Happy Place Cafe again. I thought I'd pop in to check on kittenbees, and have a cup of chamomile tea. Just a little bit

Helloooo! Was just passing & heard a commotion in the garden. The kitten bees were in the chocolate fountain again. I've wiped them down with a baby wipe and popped them in the crocuses beds for a sleep as they looked exhausted poor things. The garden is looking lovely! It must be about ten degrees warmer here than everywhere else. Can I have a chamomile tea with honey to take outside?

I think you need a trebuchet!

We will have to make sure that all the kitten bees are safe inside when Fernando adds rum to the chocolate fountain, squiffy kitten bees can get a bit over boisterous .

I fancy porridge this morning so I have mad a big pan full , there is homemade ginger syrup, soft berries, honey , and for you slightly strange folk peanut butter, all on the side over there ----->

Morning all, as requested Florence has made German pastries, she's having a bit of a sulk because she thought I was suggesting French pastries were not good enough so Fernando is making her cocktails.

To go with the pastries I'll put out ham, cheese, boiled eggs, bread rolls and you can help yourselves.

Ohh, OP that sounds lovely! Thank you. May I try to cheer Florence a bit? Her pastries are exceptional and I know my stuff (see username)!

May I please have a proper mocha Frappuccino with extra whipped cream and a scone with clotted cream? I know the mocha Frappuccino will be loads better than the one I had from Starbucks yesterday at the airport...it was truly disgusting ..$8 and all I could manage was a bit of the whipped cream...oh, and would it be possible for Florence to whip up some of her famous peanut butter fudge? I tried the fudge from an airport candy shop and it was terrible, too! I am so spoiled by Florence 's delightful masterpiece., of course. Thank you!

I don't understand how Starbucks is still in business, their coffee is crap.

I've woken the kitten bees and brought them back inside so watch out they don't try to take the whipped cream.

I'd gladly share my whipped cream with the kitten bees...they are extra adorable when they get a bit of cream on their nose.

Poor Florence..she's been driven to drink with all of our oddball requests

I think a survey showed that firm had less actual coffee in the drinks.

Oh dear. I love Germany and I thought if anyone could make them like the bakeries there it would be Florence. They are delicious.
