Should I reopen the happy place cafe?

I'm often awake in the night, today was a lie in for me, only properly awake since 4am.

In lockdown I opened, 'the happy place café where I would make virtual breakfasts and people would come to chat.

When it was last opened my French pastry chef Florence had married Fernando the cocktail waiter.

The kitten bees are inside because it is too old but the bumble cats are in the garden as usual.

SO should I reopen or was just something for lockdown?

I had Dominoes pizza yesterday evening so just some berries, yoghurt and a herbal tea for me please.

I've been feeling a little down lately so I'll eat outside in the hope that it will cheer me up.

I will leave you to the kippers!

But will go for a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel if its fish on the menu!

I see the fish is popular, I'll keep that on the menu for today.

Florence has made croissants and pain au chocolate and Fernando is making herbal tea.

What is everyone up to today?

I've just walked in through the garden and noticed all of the spring bulbs popping up. They're beautiful :) could I have a fruit smoothie and smoked salmon on whole grain toast please? I'm going to get cosy by the window.

Where are you going to see Swan Lake? I didn't know it was on.

Just looked it up, they are putting on, 'Black Sabbath the ballet' in September.

I love kippers but by heck they repeat on me. 🤢

I am going to some peppermint tea and try not to breathe on anyone today .

@ScottBakula Yes, unfortunately it is sold out.

I honestly can't imagine how BS and ballet could be combined.

That said a few years ago a work mate went to Rocking Red Hood that was put on by a local group and apparently it was great

If it is sold out this far in advance hopfully they will add dates / venues . You will have to keep your 👀 peeled

I have missed the cafe! And now I have a while new little one to hand over! Apparently, tonight "sleep is for wimps". Cup of tea and a bagel please sassh.
