I think it's very interesting to see the culture properly examined rather than just the usual "pikey scum" rubbish you get on TV.

i don't think gypsy is offensive - thats what they self define as - they have a sort of governing body called The Gypsy Council which represent them formally

My lovely next door neighbours are Travellers, in their first house.

When their teenage daughter goes out it is truly a sight to behold!

Their grandson is a few days older than my son, but looks so so different. My son-naked in the garden with wild hair. Him-plus fours and immaculately gelled hair!

Yes the gypsy council has tried to build bridges with the settled population.
