I have Season 7 synopsis here it's only a short recap of episodes but it was enough to remind me of a few things I had forgotten!

Namely Tony being 'good' all along and wanting revenge for (pregnant) Michelle, and Renee going into the interogation room with a very 'Jack' expression on to 'ersuade' Wilson to confess. Oh, and in the dull presidential bits that's skanky moo daughter getting in the shit for ordering a hit. (hey, that rhymes!)
So, anyone know when it is starting on Sky? In US I think it's the 17th so we would normally get it on the 24th and 25th but can't find listings!

I'm baaack! Have been MIA. But am trying to catch up. Consensus is that 1. Renee continues to be good entertainment but is doomed 2. Dana most irritating 24 baddie ever? 3. We'd all do Jack but could skip Kiefer. Maybe.

I so don't know how they're going to keep us entertained. Although at least Pres Hassan dying was the first genuine "moment" we've had with this series.

God yeah, pres hassan's death/non rescue was very well written, back to normal, and 'nice' for jack to be fallable iyswim.

DH and I were having an argument, he thinks Jack has been director of CTU before as a permanent post but I am sure he only took over once temporarily. Anyone rememebr?

I only know that JB was director but that was before I watched it.

Wasn't jack in charge of ctu in the beginning of season1? He had the office upstairs and nina and tony sat downstairs give each other shifty looks.

NO season 1 he was looking after senator palmer as security, then you had Mason being boss, and then Chapelle (haha) then Tony I think when jack was undercover and he got shot in the neck (tony) and had to come out of surgery to help jack get back in with salazars.
Can't rememebr which seasons which though, they all blur!

Ooo Ryan chapelle. I think one of the most memorable deaths in 24. Along with Edgar and of course terry. Oh and George!

In Season 1 Jack was in charge of CTU originally, Mason was sent from 'division' (I always wondered what division actually was).
Jack then went rogue when his daughter was kidnapped and he was set up as Palmer's fake assassin by the photographer/sniper.

I was really excited about Renee's death (I know I'm mean but I never liked her). I'd read about it in a US magazine (accidentally) and couldn't wait to see how it happened.
But talk about a shite hospital. She's wheeled into casualty, taken to the operating room, 'worked on' declared dead and mourned by Jack all in the space of 3/4 minutes?
They could have tried a little harder surely????

That sex scene left me eewed though. I used to love Kiefer/Jack but in this series he's way overdoing the voice- he's either whispering or growling. And that heavy breathing while kissing Renee. Nope. Too panty for me.

Where will he go in the helicopter though? Is he just escaping or a man on a mission?
Was a bit shocked at him smacking Dana around, even though she did deserve it. Thought he would be more menacing "look at my eyes" first.

I don't think he's going far in the chopper, he knows it wil be taken down, he just needs off the roof to escape.
I reckon he'll get Dana out and take her with him while he severely reduces the Russian population.

They are not even the real villains, in typical 24 style you are being led up the garden path for a few eps and you will see that the evil masterminds behind this plot.
