The women are top-notch. JS underwhelming - was expecting more from him, being a Labour 'big-hitter'. The not very cerebral Prescott would have done better at denouncing NG.

There are plenty of immgiration-related issues - the majority of jobs created since 1997 have gone to immigrants, two million new immigrants since 2001, official projections of a UK population of 80 million within 40 years, etc.

Labour have presided over unprecedented levels of immigration.

So yes, the BNP support is hardly a surprise. Especially with the Tory party scared of talking about immigration for fear of being called 'nasty' or 'racist'.

In Germany the far right party Republikaner got lots of votes about 10 years ago.

This election it was the far left.

Protest voters. Don't want to vote for one of the main political parties.

I know a guy who voted Reps 4 years ago and Die Linke this time. That is not political ideology.
