ella being abused by Joe,and juliet also. Juliet wanting to stop it. Joe make her take drugs to stupify her.joe watches her every move. ella sees joe trying to rape juliet. joe turns over onto bed and sees ella, who in rage grabs knife from juliet( still in her hand) and stabs Bad Dad.
Juliet covers it up so ella has a future.

The 'Hello Baby, roll over for me' is v. significant. And v. spooky. But is it Juliet or Ella who had to roll over? I think it's Juliet.

Ella is beautifully acted. As is the female barrister. And like BellaBear, I am fascinated with her ponytail.

the nighty is weird one. if Juliet dunnit and stabbed him in a right hand up and under backwards way, then he was still on top of her and the blood would be at the back.
but joe was on his back when ella came in and pulled out the knife so blood would be on front of juliet if she leaned over him.

vaseline would be more evidence that he was controlling , but it has never been mentioned yet. mark my words it will form part of the denouement.

btw, am I the only one who's rather taken with NyeEve's idea for us to have a Criminal Justice namechange?
