HOw utterly fantastic...I am entirely hooked.

the two leads are a RL item and my goodness it shows...I've started reading the books (am on the third already, pulp fiction but fab with it.

I didn't think much of it either Vampyre.

It gets better and better, I would say I was hooked by about episode three.

Now I am just traumatised that I will have to wait so long for season three

I didn't like Eric at first, much preferred Bill- I usually like dark hair/dark eyed men ( ironic as Dh is blonde ). However, as time has gone on I am now appreciating Eric so much more

I am on book 3, got a bit confused about Tara (Tana?) because she doesn't get a mention in the 1st 2

Teasingly, it says on the FX website that they 'don't think we'll have to wait too long for season 2 on uk tv, wink wink'

Oh Wilts I agree with you about Vampire Eric. I thought Bill was sexy but now Eric has really grown on me. He plays a much bigger part as the books go on too so I've heard. So he will feature more in future seasons!

Stephen Moyer (Bill) is supposed to be on Paul O'Grady's show this week. I don't think he has been on yet so that would mean he is on tomorrow. And Anna Paquin will be Graham Norton's show soon too.

Glad someone else has mentioned Tara not being in the first books. I have just read book 1 and was surprised she wasn't in it. And Lafayette and Jason were hardly in it either. Tara comes into it later on apparently so they have definitely expanded those characters in the tv show.

Wintera did you get season two in the end?
Eric is in every episode of season two .

Even Dh has a soft spot for Eric, although that has more to do with him being in Generation kill as well

Oh balls! Apparently Stephen Moyer was on Paul O'Grady today. I am just off to see if I can watch it on 4OD now.

I have been watching some clips of the cast on youtube (saddo) and even though I knew Stephen Moyer was English I was still surprised at his accent.

Just found it. He was on today after all with Ozzy Osbourne and Julian Clary. He comes on about 35 mins into it if anyone is interested.
