Trueblood on FX

[Heathcliffscathy]

HOw utterly fantastic...I am entirely hooked.

the two leads are a RL item and my goodness it shows...I've started reading the books (am on the third already, pulp fiction but fab with it.

drlove8 - is boss a secret head vampire?

blondes ! lol .... why ask that? .... he isnt.... heres a hint .... take note of the dog ..
can i skip to series two ..... sookie's having naughty dreams about Eric!

hes a werewolf?

i kinda want to know what he is/whats going on

but

then i dont want to spoil it

he's not a werewolf

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I know what he is (read the first book) but please don't give anymore away drlove or this thread will end up an accidental spoiler.

dont worry sausage, im just teasing blondes... . im not going to tell...it would ruin the whole series .
but am i allowed to say that YOU ALL MUST KEEP WATCHING AS IT GETS BETTER!

TEASE!!!!!

I love this show... my dh doesn't watch it so I have no one to talk about it with. I obviously have no discipline as i too have watched the whole of the first series and most of the second on the net.
As i am now waiting a full week for other episodes to be uploaded, i went in search of other vampire shows and found one called Moonlight on You Tube... a US show from 2007-2008. Its set in LA and the central character is a PI who is a vampire... sounds hideous, but i loved it, probably because I fancied the pants off the male lead.
Why do they make vampires sooo sexy?

I almost wish I hadn't read the book now though because I keep watching the series and saying 'oh that's the same' or 'oh that's all wrong', DH is getting a bit peeved with me, lol.

Still, it hasn't stopped me ordering books 2 - 5 from Play...

books are never the same

that was my gripe with dexter

in the boks sergant doakes is alive but in dexter they made leia kill him

Books arrived this morning, am already 175 pages into bk2.......

Yes, I read books 1 and 2 today. 3 and 4 are on order from Amazon...

I really liked her special 'going to have sex with Bill NOW' dress!

Could never wear it in real life though!

I got book 2 yesterday . Missed last nights episode will have to watch it on Sunday - it was good I take it???

jossette i know moonlight ... tis a good vamp ... very sexy bit of stuff as male lead ... mick is imo a bit of alright!

has anyone seen blood ties? canadian show, that had one series ? oooooh henry fitzroy .... well tasty !
TB IS BETTER THOUGH!

I'm getting annoyed with Bill and his inate sexiness. I'm a werewolf girl at heart, yet here he is being all swoony and making me think of ways to make him act like less of a gentleman...
Sigh...

Can't wait to find out the secret of Sam whom I also love. We're a bit spoiled with the sexy men on this show, aren't we ladies?

am so glad am not alone.

am on the 9th (latest) book now.

the series really is LOOSELY based on the book. eric is very VERY important in the books

goodness me - sookie was rather brazen wasnt she

and what is sams secret - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
