I'm guessing that The Oceanic 6 are going to go back to the island.

anathema, that's an intriguing theory, you could well have hit the nail on the head there. it's highly likely they are going to run into charlotte as a child at some point, as that will be when daniel tries to warn her not to come back to the island.

You guys are really on the ball! Am loving all these theories, especially after Sunday's episode when Kate told Jack never to ask her about Aaron again. I thought hmm, is that just to buy the scriptwriters more time until they decide what happened to him?

But maybe they do have a plan after all...

And WTF was Locke's 'suicide note' all about? Surely he should have written
'OMG Jack! Your DAD is Jacob!!!'

Have been lurking on this thread since the series started so thought I would come and say hello.

Am loving all your theories - you are all so clever! My baby-addled brain really cannot cope with the complexities at the moment so I am relying on you lot to make things clear (if that is ever going to be possible )

Love the theory about Jin teaching Charlotte to speak Korean - that totally makes sense.

Am I right in thinking that Desmond did recognise Daniel's mum as the woman from the jewellers - the way he was speaking, it was clear that he knew her.

I heard that the writers already know exactly what is going to happen in the next (and, I think, final) season. they have it all plotted out. They are some seriously messed up people to be writing this stuff!!!!

I am interested to know about all the weird stuff in the first series like the polar bear and the black mist. How will we remember all that if they try to explain it!!!

Was the polar bear not brought to life by the litte boy(crap can't remember his name) he seemed to have special powers

There was a polar bear on the cover of his comic, and in his flash back he was reading avout a rare bird and the same bird smashed into his patio windows
am I remembering this correctly?
Only they are too long I'd love to watch all over again

I love lost but there is too many questions, what happened to Michael and Cindy? I think Richard is the most interesting character though not having aged since Ben was a boy. I didn't think Jacob was Christian, but I'm unsure why Christian is such a big character on the island.

I wish they'd bring back Mr Eko. he was fab.

Yeap Ambi I'm with you christian isn't Jacob, he is just helping Jacob I think, Cindy joined the others and hasn't been seen in a long time, or the children?

Because John locke died in the plane crash as far as real world knew, so maybe he gave himself a new name that is really grasping at straws

it's got a bit confusing as i've read the last 2 episodes have been switched round, the one on sunday was originally going to before last weeks. so we may get to find out what happened to aaron as sunday's covers what happened to john locke before the suicide.

i've also read a theory that it's not really the island that needs protecting, its the rest of the world that needs protecting from the island.

Oh I wonder why they switched the episodes around - seems a strange thing to do. Will we also find out why Jin is working for the Dharma Initiative then?

Did we already know that John had tried to persuade Jack to go back to the island (hence the suicide note)? I can't remember or is this something we will see in the next episode?

DH and I have been collecting the box sets. We have a plan, once the last season has finished, which involves locking ourselves in the house, no DCs and watching them for days on end so we can see the whole lot from start to finsih to try and make sense of it!!!!!

My brain hurts. I had a thought though, do you remember the 'psychic' that Claire saw back in season 1. The one who told her to get on the plane. I think someone else went to see him as well, maybe Hurley or Rose. Well do you think he could be like Eloise? It's his job somehow to 'course correct' people and get them back to where they should be.

You know I spent the whole of that epsiode being confused about the man who was John Locke's driver ?Daniel. I was thinkning we had seen him before but couldn't think where. DH said he kept thinking he was the Haiitian (?SP) from Heroes?! Then I realised the actor is in another confusing programme we watched last year called Fringe.

I have to stop watching all this stuff, it addles my brain!!!!!

That was Matthew Abbadon and we have seen him before in various guises- we saw him wheeling Locke about when he was in hospital after his dad pushed him out the window- it was him who told John to go on his Australian walkabout. I think we saw him with the freighters as well, before they set off [geek emoticon]

Think Rose went to see the psychic, he was supposed to be like a healer, thats why she was on the plane,
I'm still trying to get my head around Ben killing Locke, its always been obvious he dosen't want locke to be the leader and is jealous, suppose I didn't want to think Charles was maybe a good guy
But then Charles only seemed bad because he was splitting Desmond and Penny up but that was prob because he knew the island needed him
