Re Saira I think it depends if she manages to rub anyone esle (besides the viewer!) up the wrong way - his comment was pretty blatant about 'one more time and you are out'. And waht was she on with her 'I'll tell Sir Alan' FFS

She obviously didn't get the hint from Sir Alan that he is not well like at Spurs.

Well even if she didn't get the hint it was a totally naff way to go about getting what you want - threatening people....no wonder the guy had no time for them...

But she is very intimidating. What made me laugh was when she started having a go at James for not adapting his language/style to the people he was meeting, selling to. A pot/kettle situation me thinks....

I don't think she is intimidating so much as you can't get a word in edgeways.....the point where she moaned that James was bitching behind her back was classic! Why doesn't he come out and say it? Cos you never shut your mouth long enough, love!

I think I would find her constant pushing intimidating. Though I would probably tell her to go away, politely of course.

Oh you'd want to slap her wouldn't you . However, you can also understand why people give her what she wants - anything to get rid of her...
